From 11.2010 to present:Marie Stopes International in Vietnam (MSIVN) Position: Clinic Co-ordinators Management of service provisions including at the static clinics and via mobile out-reach to ensure the growth of clinics in accordance to the set-forth KPIs: Support the clinics to develop and execute business plans, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of MSIVN products and/or services. Communicate with customers and other related parties to verify information as part of the due diligence for the project. Support the Director and COO in reviewing the current personnel structure of each clinic and identify appropriate solution to be presented to SMT

Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized. Research, analyze and monitor financial and operational performance on a monthly basis and discuss with the COO, the Marketing team and any other relevant department for appropriation action. Support & guide the clinics to achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of the market performance in relation to pre-set standards and to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy. Regularly visit clinics for M&E purpose, provide report and recommendation and follow-up plan after each M&E trip.

Management of Marketing & Communication at clinic level: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the network-wide promotional campaigns are rolled out professionally and successfully at community level: IEC Sessions, events etc Support the marketing team to source, plan, design and oversee local area marketing activities in conjunction with clinic staff - including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets Support the marketing team to ensure the successful implementation of a Customer database and initiate Direct Marketing to existing clients at all clinics Support the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across the clinic network

Support Clinic Expansion: Support the Director and COO in the establishment of new clinics and any refurbishment, renovation plans. Support Marketing Manager in the promotion of new MSI clinics as they open or re-opened. Responsibility for implementing launch activities for each clinic

Receive and assess project applications in terms of cash flow, cost controls. Inspect properties, investigate main factors such as materials, market value, project life, or replacement costs to determine appraisal value. Manage and control construction projects, primarily desk review and verification Verification of project information to ensure its accuracy including verification of buyers, suppliers, market prices of materials and make necessary correction and modifications. Complete and maintain assessment rolls that show the assessed values and status of all construction projects. Present the appraisal report to the Management, obtain approval and distribute national budget to the projects

Main Responsibilities: Study customers documentary, analyze, prepare reports and correspondent for the Department Manager and customers. Resolve issues related to the process of project evaluation and verification. Report to higher management level when it comes to complex matters for support /final decision making. Handle requests and obtain information from various sources during evaluation of projects. Process request of customer based on the customers needs and project timeframe Make sure the proposed projects comply with legal regulations and risks identified and management responses are properly planned. Maintain customer relationship (key person) Develop and maintain weekly and monthly results-based reports Assist and support other colleagues (if required) Other duties that may be assigned by Department Manager from time to time
