First Annual National Conference: Thursday Investor Introduction Event

Renatus celebrated its first year in business (2011) with the much anticipated national conference. Founder Bob Snyder pulled out all the stops to ensure that every Real Estate Investing Student and Independent Marketing Affiliate that attended walked away knowing that they were part of an entrepreneurial movement pushing its way across the country. Held at the beautiful Davis Conference Center located in Layton Utah, the weekend started on Thursday evening with a record setting investor introduction meeting hosted by Advisory Board Member Raul Campos featuring guest speaker, fellow Advisory Board Member from Chicago, Scott Rowe sharing the 4 levels of real estate investing he uses to profit on transactions. The evening finished with the 124 person crowd hearing from FAB Member Richard Stock outlining community benefits and an impactful final word from Renatus Founder Bob Snyder. The event helped enroll a number of new affiliates that evening.

Friday Morning Opening Ceremonies

As the doors opened at 9am Friday morning the Affiliates and Students were assisted by the Renatus staff, as well as Founders Advisory Board Members, welcoming them into the spectacular facilities. To begin the event Renatus Founder Bob Snyders own daughter, recording artist Brittany Snyder, sang her original song Youre Stronger Than You Know which she co-wrote after attending one of her fathers public speaking engagements. Once Dad heard the song he knew that it should be theme for the weekend. It seemed to be a perfect fit as many in the crowd were emotionally moved by the live performance. Bob Snyder then took the stage to a standing ovation as he greeted Renatus Nation and proceeded to explain what the attendees were going to experience.

First Annual National Conference: Friday Morning Speakers

Success Coach, Toast Masters Public Speaking National Award Winner, & Renatus Instructor Del Hargis, was the Master of Ceremonies and kicked off the training schedule with his topic on Becoming A Conscious Producer which is also the ONLY Renatus endorsed personal development program for students and Independent Marketing Affiliates. Del gave the crowd the secret ingredient to moving past the limiting beliefs that hold many folks back from achieving above average results. He then introduced his new personal coaching program available solely to Renatus members. Del then introduced Scott Tash from Universal Guardian (Renatus Student Loan Provider) who took the stage to cover Successful Sales Mastery. This topic dove into Neural Linguistic Programming and taught the crowd how & why humans connect. Scott is UGAs top sales rep and after his portion of the program everyone could see why.

Friday Afternoon
After the crowd settled in from lunch, Renatus 2011 top income earner, Founders Advisory Board Member Scott Rowe showed the arena why he and his wife Nanci have created more certified IMAs than anyone else, by walking everyone through the Renatus compensation plan in his topic titled Show Me The Money. New York FAB member Hugh Zaretsky got the room going with his portion of the program Why Our Product Rocks sighting the Founders Vision, Instructors Knowledge, Delivery Platform, Support Systems, Independent Marketing Affiliate Program, Student Success, and the growing strength of the Renatus Community. Hugh ended his speech with a ROCK VIDEO montage of all the different teams working together nationally to create the single largest Real Estate Investing Community in the Nation.

Friday Evening Walk Of Stars

Following Fridays training Bob Snyder honored the Independent Marketing Affiliates who had achieved certification with their STARS lapel PIN. Every certified member at the event was announced by name and had their chance to walk across the stage, receive their pin and be congratulated by the entire Board of Advisors. Once everyone finished receiving their stars the stage was set to recognize all the individuals who had achieved so much that it literally made an impact on the companies success.

One of the most exciting awards handed out this year included the SULADIO. Given to the top performers based on three production categories, SULADIO is an acronym that stands for Stand Up-Look AheadDust It Off. Part of the Song Youre Stronger Than You Know The 2012 SULADIO & Leadership award winners were picked up in limos and taken to an after party at Renatus Founder, Bob Snyders house.

First Annual National Conference: Saturday Morning Speakers

Saturday began with a powerful presentation by Chicago team leader and Founders Advisory Board Member Bob Tierney who spoke on Building, Strengthening And Nurturing A Community. Bobs message of being committed and making sure everyone does business with integrity brought the crowd to its feet. Next up was 24 year old Ben Dixon from Naxum. Ben enrolled in this college at 18 and became a 6 figure earner before his 21st birthday using social media. Ben has helped developed the Renatus-Pro system that IMAs use to design and maintain on-line marketing campaigns. Ben wowed the crowd with all the new and exciting things being implemented in Renatus-Pro for 2012. After his presentation Bens good friend Del praised this young entrepreneur for what he has been able to accomplish with Renatus.

Saturday Afternoon
Salt Lake City Leader and Founders Advisory Board Member Richard Stock brought the event back from lunch with his topic, Becoming A Top Performer The head nods in the crowd were a great indication of how simple making money with Renatus could be as Richard broke it down. Sacramento Leader and FAB member James Leis was next. James used videos and movie clips to help him get his Planning The Harvest message across to the room. Del was so moved by the end of James presentation that he had to choke back tears. Back Office Expert, Renatus Funding Guru, Chicago Team Leader, FAB member and the 2012 income champion, Nanci Rowe showed Renatus Nation why she out did all others when it came to earnings last year. She riveted the crowd with her ability to help Renatus students creatively fund both their education and their real estate. Renatus Founder Bob Snyder ended the event with Our Plan For The Future. Running down the list of new features for 2012, including the new Continuing Education Program, Future Classes, FAB Requirements, and to the delight of the participants, newly promoted practitioner instructor Mr. J. Massey. J. Massey was able to do over 100 transactions within 2 years of taking his first class at Renatus.
