When I have time, I always read. And then I imagine that Im the main character. But sometimes there are really BIG problems, so I return to reality. Writing is something very nice. It makes me feel like, you know, again an imaginary person. ALWAYS and ALWAYS I am happy and curious when I write something. In my head there are many questions when I write: Where will it take place?, Whats the main character and Can I make it a rhyming book? So, I have to think hard. Returning to your questions, I am reading now 100 Dresses and my favorite stories and books are, Super Fudge, The New Baby, The Twinkling Tailor, The Enchanters Daughter, The Offended Brownie and 100 Dresses. I love them because they are all exciting. They make me want to know more and more about the problem, characters and setting. P.S. I am very curious to see your children. Ioana February 7, 2012 at 10:24 AM Hi Julie, I agree with you. I love reading, it is a hobby of mine. Every day I read and then I write the new words in a notebook. To remember the new words I create sentences with them. But before I read the book, I predict and think what the character will do. I really love books! When I am tired to read more I just put the big ideas that were in the story on paper. And then I create my own story based on those big ideas. It is magical! Oh, and your questions I am reading Harry Potter and I like it a lot. It is with lots of adventures! Love it! My favorite stories are: Gangsta Granny, Miss Popularity, Stick Man, Not a Nightmare Anymore, Facing the Demon Headmaster, The Trouble with Ramona and Beezus, and Harry Potter. This books are all special in their way so I love them the way they are. I love them because they are different. And I am sure that your kids are very cute and very intelligent. My favorite story is Doctor Bonkers because it is very funny and it makes me curious and when I read I relax. Before I sleep I always read a book and I sleep very well. My favorite stories are Junie B Jones, Flat Stanley, The Enchanters Daughter, Ruby the Red Fairy and many more. I also enjoy reading books. I read books a lot when I have time. I even have a reading table. In 2nd grade we created a story named The Pirates Adventures and now we made a story but we didnt decide the title yet. Thank you for the reply. It makes me feel like I am in a different world. My favorite books are Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Spy Dog because Diary of a Wimpy Kid is with adventures and Spy Dog is with lots of spying scenes. Mihnea February 9, 2012 at 12:16 PM I totally agree with what you said! Now Im reading Dork Diaries Party Time. It is a very interesting book. Usually I read adventure stories, but this one isnt one of them. My favorite books are about kids lives and what they do every day, like a diary that authors made. My favorite book until now is Diary of a Wimpy Kid. I read Harry Potter too. I like diaries because I can learn about authors lives. When I start reading, no one can stop me. I am like a robot that moves his eyes from left to right. My favorite author is Jeff Kinney. What types of books are your favorite? What is your favorite BOOK now? What author do you like best? When I read it is like I am watching a movie because I imagine the story in my mind. In second grade we wrote a book named The Pirates Adventures and now we are creating one but we didnt decide for a title. Now I am reading Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe and this is one of my favorite stories because it is an adventure book, but I also like Diary of a Wimpy kid by Jeff Kinney because it is very funny and it is in a childs perspective.. I like reading because it makes me feel very relaxed. The total irony is that you dont need to KNOW how to write, if you can read, you can also write very well, too!
