Request to draft a bill in the legislature to remove Sodium Fluoride from the North Carolina state water supply
Dear Senator Philip E. Berger, There is amounting evidence on the dangers of Sodium Fluoride yet last year when I sent you documentation regarding the dangers of fluoride, you have taken no action as of yet or at least did not notify me. So I thought it would be better to Fax all the evidence and proper documentation to you and will also forward to the state Health Department as to why Sodium Fluoride is a poison, and I am not crazy nor am I making this up as I have all the documentation from different chemical companies even one in Australia that fluoride is a certified chemical poison. I even have a news video where on the record a hazmat team had to clean up a chemical spill and what was the chemical that they spilled accidentally??? Sodium Fluoride used in water treatment facilities. No sane expert can ignore the documents I found, stored on my hard drive, and will send to you regarding the dangers of Sodium Fluoride. First of all Sodium Fluoride has been used as a insecticide.

Not just that but those who have purchased a bag of Sodium Fluoride will notice the Toxic symbol with a skull and bones on it.

This picture says KC Industries, Sodium Fluorosilicate, Sodium Silicofluoride, Sodium Hexafluorosilicate, CAS Number: 16893-85-9, Toxic 6, UN 2674) Also an informer of mine sent me a picture from the tour he had with several other reporters at the Austin Water Treatment facility.

Picture sent to me by Rae of info@fluoridefreeaustin.com. Fell free to contact him!

You will notice in the picture I send in this fax that the Austin Water Utility has a fire diamond issued usually by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) that has ratings on the diamonds for chemicals based on different factors usually set by the state fire marshal's code enforcer. The MSDS rating of 4 is even higher then in the documents that only give fluoride a MSDS chemical danger rating of 3. Here is an overview of MSDS ratings.

Rating Summary
Health Use the most severe rating code regardless of volume. Health (Blue) Detailed Description of Health Rating 4 3 2 1 0 Danger Warning Warning Caution May be fatal on short exposure. Specialized protective equipment required Corrosive or toxic. Avoid skin contact or inhalation May be harmful if inhaled or absorbed May be irritating No unusual hazard

The number 3 and 4 it is a poison and hazardous to human health, so I wonder why hasn't it affected many people yet negatively? Maybe it already has because since the water treatment facilities use a certain amount of fluoride per ounce, that it has small but still hazardous effects that affect people over time, so when people finally realize how hazardous fluoride was and is it will be too late as many humans across America have been damaged by the chemical. Already doctors deal with bone problems in elderly patients, rising stupidity in public school test scores, rising short attention spans, rising epidemics of alzheimer's disease and other neurological problems and other health problems on the rise yet doctors still have yet on whether to pinpoint it on Sodium Fluoride or at least in part. I have even referenced in this fax document that there are doctors that are against drinking of fluoride. Putting fluoride in our states drinking water is also a form of forced medication. I am hoping you will take all of the evidence I am presenting to make a case in the North Carolina Legislature building and even the state Health Department to begin the removal of fluoride throughout every water treatment/filtration facility within the state borders. No sane senator can just let a known poisonous chemical stay in the water supply not even a fraction of it. It is your duty as a Senator to do your own research, hear arguments from both sides, call chemical companies, and conduct a non-biased investigation to find out the truth and then use the facts to state your case as to why Sodium Fluoride must not be in towns, cities, or even Metropolitan areas within the state of North Carolina. So please I urge you to read the documents in this fax I am sending to you, call these chemical companies up to verify the information, and then present your case to the legislature and health department. I hope you can come up with a bill to make the state of North Carolina take out all of the fluoride chemical and it's variants from all water treatment plants within the state. Sincerely, Brian D. Hill Public Email: admin@uswgo.com

Here's a quote from this news article: Dan Stockin thinks cities shouldn't add fluoride to their water supply, because he claims it causes big problems. "When the teeth are forming, the fluoride affects the teeth," Stockin said. Overexposure to fluoride, or dental fluorosis, leaves permanent markings on the teeth. Stockin feels keeping fluoride out of formula is one way to help stop dental fluorosis, but worries some families who have no choice but to use tap water. "Who's gonna pay for the expensive filtration system for a single mom who's living on minimum wage? Who's going to pay for the bottled water? Who's going to get the information to the people who needed it the most?" he said. When using formula, the ADA recommends parents use fluoride-free bottled water or use ready-to-feed formula that comes in a can or bottle. Breast milk is the safest alternative. 8. Exposure Controls/Personal Protection

Airborne Exposure Limits: -OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL): 2.5 mg(F)/m3 (TWA) -ACGIH Threshold Limit Value (TLV): 2.5 mg(F)/m3 (TWA) Ventilation System: A system of local and/or general exhaust is recommended to keep employee exposures below the Airborne Exposure Limits. Local exhaust ventilation is generally preferred because it can control the emissions of the contaminant at its source, preventing dispersion of it into the general work area. Please refer to the ACGIH document, Industrial Ventilation, A Manual of Recommended Practices, most recent edition, for details. Personal Respirators (NIOSH Approved): If the exposure limit is exceeded and engineering controls are not feasible, a half facepiece particulate respirator (NIOSH type N95 or better filters) may be worn for up to ten times the exposure limit or the maximum use concentration specified by the appropriate regulatory agency or respirator supplier, whichever is lowest.. A full-face piece particulate respirator (NIOSH type N100 filters) may be worn up to 50 times the exposure limit, or the maximum use concentration specified by the appropriate regulatory agency, or respirator supplier, whichever is lowest. If oil particles (e.g. lubricants, cutting fluids, glycerine, etc.) are present, use a NIOSH type R or P filter. For emergencies or instances where the exposure levels are not known, use a full-facepiece positive-pressure, air-supplied respirator. WARNING: Air-purifying respirators do not protect workers in oxygen-deficient atmospheres. Skin Protection: Wear impervious protective clothing, including boots, gloves, lab coat, apron or coveralls, as appropriate, to prevent skin contact. Eye Protection: Use chemical safety goggles and/or full face shield where dusting or splashing of solutions is possible. Maintain eye wash fountain and quick-drench facilities in work area.
