ADILAO with business address at KIM TACTICAL HUNS AND AMMO ENTERPRISES . As my true and legal representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following act; To claim or receive all the amounts or proceeds of the guns, ammunitions and other related products as stated in the attached contract receipt. To collect, demand and recover all debts, notes or sums of money and other related documents from the City government of Iligan City. To bring suit, defend and enter into compromises in my name and stead in connections with actions brought for whatever nature and kind. HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING into my said representative full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and to done in and about that premises as fully to all intents and purposes.
