Teachers Activity Discussion: Observation is an act or an instance of noticing or perceiving, of or regarding attentively or watching. It may also infer as the faculty or habit of observing or noticing.
*Site things that are to be observe by the teacher among there students and themselves.
Self report is a type of psychological test often used in personality assessment. Often presented in a paper and pencil format or may be even administered on a computer.
*Site things that are to be reported by the teacher regarding there performance and there students activity.
Observation and self reports are useful supplementary assessment methods when used in conjunction with oral questioning and performance test.
The following questions may be asked to assure that the lessons objectives are attained:

VI. Generalization
Observations and self reports are an integral part of assessing the learning of the students and the performance of the teachers inside the class though the use of tally sheets and self checklists to record the frequency of activities and remarks at a certain exercise done.
