Paraguay and RGS to see relief?

Stormy Weather
Humidity and storms, a good combo, have settled over Argentina and are likely to stick around awhile. The next 5 days will provide crop healing storms for many, first soaking the south then progressing northward reaching drought stricken Paraguay and S Brazil early next week.

Today, hail and strong winds will focus on Buenos Aires and southern growing areas of Argentina, as another wet and stormy period has begun. Meanwhile, S Brazil continues to bake and misses out on the action.

For the third day in a row, storms scatter across Southern growing areas with the heaviest rains headed for Buenos Aires.

During the past 24 hourssevere storms have hit in both the north and south of Argentina, from San Luis to W Buenos Aires and a small section of S Santa Fe and S Cordoba, as well as N Santa Fe, N Entre Rios and Corrientes. This stormy period will last another 5 days.

Friday and over the weekend, substantial rains will stretch from San Luis to the Buenos Aires coast. 1+ inches will be common with up to 4 inches possible in W Buenos Aires. Rains will be slow to reach northern areas, except do cover S Cordoba, S Santa Fe, and S Entre Rios.
