i =e1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This zeropoint program package is designed for the manufacturing
and/or regrinding of right hand spiral - right hand cut, square,
corner radius, and ballnose endmills on the Walter Helitronic 55
machine. This program package uses information stored in the
wheel measurement files and machine measurement files to position
the machine axes before grinding the selected operations. The
manufacturing programs useS the WALMACH menu, which contains all
wheel and machine measurement information. The regrindin
programs uses the WHEEL6R menu, which contains the wheel
medsurement information and the MACHNG6R menu, which contains the
machine measurement information.
NOTE: The left hand spiral - left hand cut versions of these
programs are offered as an option and do not come standard with
he 55 machines. The instruction manual applies to both the right
hand and left hand versions.

Each program is accompanied with its own menu, which stores the
grinding information entered by the operator. The menus for the

e menus for the left hand versions are also the same name as
the right hand programs.
