PROJECTS/TRAININGS UNDERTAKEN Summer Internship Project Duration: 6 weeks Company: Reliance Industries Limited, Gadimoga, Andhra Pradesh Project Title: Detailed Study Of The Path Of Gas Flow And Pipeline Calculations Description: This Project illustrates the detailed structure of the Reliance Industries Limited Krishna Godavari Delta-6 block. The report illustrates the whole sub sea structure involved in the production of gas as well as the onshore terminal where the gas coming from the offshore fields is treated as per the needs of the consumer. Pipeline calculations from the sub sea to the onshore terminal have been performed to find out the flow rate in the pipelines. The calculations are made at the design conditions as well as the operating conditions and are calculated on the basis of the pressure difference already known to us. Major Project (B.Tech) Project Title: Adsorbed Natural Gas Description: This project and its dissertation mainly concentrates on the advanced storage technique of natural gas by means of using adsorbents so as to reduce overall storage space requirements and pressure requirements by nearly a factor of 5 to 6. The project is based on proposal given by IIP( Indian Institute of Petroleum) to Gail Gas Limited For this advanced storage technique.

Minor Project (B.Tech) Project Title: Deep Sea Exploration and Production Techniques Description: The project report consists of the description of a Control and Riser Platform and other Offloading Techniques and platforms. The working model for the same was a shallow water control and riser platform with a drilling rig mounted on top of it and a working production facility consisting of rising pipes, mainline and backup pumps and production control valves.
