,Dear Ms. Mmmmm Thank you for sending me the order to Show Cause. I received it on June 25 and then called Atty. L to inform her that I finally received the Office of Prosecutions file. As I told Atty. L, I have been in Israel since August of 2005 after basically having a de facto license suspension due to the wrongful actions of Drs. Levesque and Munir, partners in the criminal enterprise BNBA. I was associated with this group for 2.5 months and witnessed several incidents of abuse, mistreatment, misdiagnosis, missed diagnoses, cover-ups and abandonment-undermining of patients in facilities which I was assigned. In December, 2004 this group threatened me and demanded silence as to the fraud and abuse which I witnessed. They proceeded to slander me and violate my rights as they learned that I had been a "whistle-blower" for The Office of the .Attorney General, Commonwealth of Massachusetts They wanted to silence me by any means necessary and resorted to fabrication and outright lies against me. This enterprise was effective and successful in defrauding me and depriving my patients of continued quality care. They decided to focus on one patient, SM, who was not in a facility which I was assigned to. On October 1, 2004 I was asked by BNBA to fill in to see a patient (Mrs. Angela DeG. at N. End Nursing Home) as a favor to Dr. Munir. This was my first work for BNBA. I subsequently worked at the 3 sites to which I was assigned (New Bedford, Clark manor in .(Worcester and Marlboro Hills At any rate, I must answer these false and fraudulent allegations. I must locate the liability insurance attorney whom I consulted with in 2005. I thought that he contacted your office but I was wrong. Please allow me sufficient time to find my representative and contact Medicare and Medicaid Fraud Units to document the scurrilous and malicious actions of Dr. Levesque et al. Since I am so far away and virtually unable to practice, there is no 'danger' that I would attempt to resume my ill-fated practice, especially in light of the extensive damage done to me and my reputation. They exploited my absence in a callously calculated and orchestrated manner, including falsification of documents, stealing documents, stealing of my psychometric testing materials and technical books, misrepresenting me to patients and professionals and .submitting claims and keeping the proceeds in a fraudulent and criminal manner Ay age 59 and having been in the field of Psychology since 1966, it is essential that I be given the opportunity for 'due process' as my formerly unblemished record and service to hundreds of patients and families through the decades is now besmirched and I am isolated and destitute. I never received one penny of the tens of thousands of dollars of services I provided in that short period in 2004. This outrage must be confronted and the psychiatric abuse I witnessed must be put into proper context.

The manipulations and machinations against me are a daunting and outrageous travesty. This assault is not only against me; the psychiatric abuse of power and concomitant 'dirty tricks' is an affront to Clinical Psychology as well. I can only hope that, despite the conclusion of the investigation, there is still some presumption of .innocence until I can finally defend myself .Thank you. I appreciate your consideration
