Company produces over 550 million card products and processes over 1.2 billion transactions annually. Restructured team and organization resulting in world class client service and 99% client retention. Out grew market 3x, set 5 year new sales records and opened China and South America markets. Grew Revenue and EBIT to 19 year record highs with 14% revenue and 25% EBIT annual growth. Built product and entered two adjacent markets (promotions and loyalty) ensuring future sales growth. Provided strategic and operations consulting to major financial services and payment transaction providers. First Data Net provided closed loop processing for branded credit cards as well as $3.5 billion daily settlement to 700 clients. Created over $30 million in annual contribution from Visa and MasterCard closed loop initiatives and consolidation of common functions with an additional $80 million annual future income opportunity. Member of major strategic planning committees for credit/debit card and non-card payments businesses and was a member of the top client relationship teams. Retail Banking included four national businesses (Consumer Finance, Merchant Services, Credit Card, and Debit Card) as well as Branch Consumer Lending, Product Development & Sales and Consumer Risk Management. Accountable to the President, Board of Directors and regulators for consumer portfolio P&L performance and risk management. Grew and operated $750 million total revenue consumer lending and fee businesses with $100 million pretax contribution growing at 18% annually for 12 years. Managed multi-state mortgage, home equity, installment, credit card, unsecured direct mail, indirect, and Internet lending businesses as well as debit cards, merchant processing, insurance and customer service, operations and risk policy. Re-engineered branch product delivery systems to support new lending products, manage loan loss risk, insure appropriate and legal pricing and increase sales effectiveness. 1982 to 1988

Lomas Financial Corp was an integrated financial services firm with mortgage originators, mortgage servicing, credit cards, merchant processing services, brokerage services and limited deposit taking in all 50 states. Acquisitions and Analysis Division built three businesses (Home Equity Lending, Insurance, and Travelers Checks) and managed financial staff. Acquired and converted 13 credit card and 11 merchant programs in 18 months as well as managed consumer fee and lending businesses which included: VSI and credit life insurance agencies, reinsurance company, travelers check company and nation-wide home equity lending. Built home equity lending business into a 12 state, triple A asset generation business. Developed agent bank program to sell A&H insurance and Master Card travelers checks.
