MODARABA AL-MALI (MAM), is a Modaraba, managed by BankIslami Modaraba Investment

Limited, having its Head office in Karachi and operations in all Major cities of Pakistan through its regional offices. Modaraba Al-Mali, managed by BankIslami Modaraba Investments Limited was launched in 1987 as one of the pioneering Modarabas and listed in all three stock exchanges of Pakistan. Since then, the company went through various progressive phases until it is acquired by JS Group and the management welcomed innovative inductions by initiating Tower Infrastructure Sharing business for telecom operators under the license of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority in 2005. In the year 2007, the management company was taken over by BankIslami Pakistan Limited which continued their predecessors approach of exploring opportunities in technical services. Considering in house expertise of refueling and maintaining Gensets, Aircons, FAS, self supported towers and other equipments, the new management furthermore initiated two new businesses of Fueling Services and Operation & Maintenance Services under the brand name The Energixers especially for bank branches, restaurants chains and Telecom towers of wireless carriers. Continuing with devoted focus and progress, the company has emerged as an established organization in Pakistan that provides country wide supreme quality solution of maintenance and operation services.

i. Renting out Owned Tower Sites

Modaraba Al-Mali launched Tower Infrastructure Sharing business in mid of year 2005, and subsequently acquired Telecommunication Infrastructure (Tower) Provider License from Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). Through this license, MAM is legally authorized by PTA to establish, maintain, lease, rent and sale Telecommunication Tower Facilities in Pakistan. Renting out antenna space on towers and other structures with complete security and maintenance assurance is MAMs distinction. The towers we own have either been built or acquired by us at the request of a wireless carrier or based on our own initiative. We own, operate and manage green field towers and building rooftops across Islamabad and Rawalpindi and provide all requisite facilities, such as, BTS Shelter/Room with air-conditioning and automatic fire suppression system, shared electricity connection, shared usage of standby Diesel Generator Set, electrical fixtures and fittings, security, and comprehensive maintenance services of the passive infrastructure.

ii. Site Construction Services

Apart from multiple communication infrastructure capabilities, the Modaraba build, operates and manages tower sites on clients behalf, along with all civil, electrical and construction services. Modaraba Al-Mali specializes in construction of communication facilities with its highly professional and skilled personnel, who apply best proficiency to carryout construction, regeneration, installation of equipment on towers and other structures

including asset procurement tasks. We may provide these services on individual task basis or a turnkey network deployment. Our proven ability to adhere to customer budget restrictions, deadlines and technical requirements combined with our knowledge of local regulatory requirements, makes MAM a smart choice. Refueling of generator, maintenance of Generator, Fire Alarm System (FAS), Earthing and Grounding, BTS Shelter and special emphasis is given to electrical maintenance, tower maintenance, power audit, complete power management and project management etc. .

ii. Equipments Maintenance

Fueling Services
i. Genset Refueling We have a fleet of professionally built Diesel Tankers equipped with powerful equipment having capability of pumping diesel to 150 feet height. Having high tech engineering design our refueling vehicles are also equipped with flow meters to ensure correct recording of the fuel dispensed which leads to the proper periodical reporting to the client. MAM refueling team maintains thorough checks ensuring up-to-date servicing and reporting to ensure avoidance of any shortfall of fuel in tanks with better control over fuel expenses.
