This includes making an assessment of the current function of the office, outlining and implementing a staged development of the middle office to a global best practice standard appropriate for Cambodia which has 100% loan/grant funding and does not issue government securities. Initial work has been focused on contingent liabilities, debt sustainability analysis, debt strategy and conducting risk management/analysis on debt (including credit risk analysis, currency risk analysis, and interest rate risk analysis).
