They aim to assessyour abili ties to use specific job-related skills and to predict subsequent job performanc e.The most commonly used tests assess verbal and numerical logical reasoning ski lls; other types of test will also assess your diagrammatic reasoning skills. ACCESS BANK The test is made up of two papers, 50 questions each and you are expected to mak e atleast 50% in each (25marks). Its a combination of Maths, English, Critical Re asoningand a little bit of Current Affairs (States and Capital). AFRIBANK The test are usually of four papers but this days the emphasis is now on Communi cationskills-10 questions (20mins), Maths -10 questions (30mins)and all are writ ten there areno options. BANK PHB I think the test is administered by Leading Edge Consult and it is basically a c ombinationtest comprising about 70 questions on different test areas: Verbal, Sy nonyms, Antonyms,Word analogies, Basic arithmetic, Shape comparisons, Mirror ima ges of wall clocks &other stuffs. There are no options in many of the questions. I think the time is 50mins or 1hr.I cant remember exactly. Bank PHB test is very difficult. You really need to prepare very we ll because its interpretation of graph throughout. Its like CAMBRIDGE EXAM. Anyway , people still pass it and you just have to prepare very well. Nothing is diffic ult if one prepares very well. EQUITORIAL TRUST BANK They are SAT related questions, the maths is the most difficult and time wasting becausethey are logical reasoning: For the English we have Comprehension, Sente nce Correctionand Verbal Reasoning. You have 30mins for the English of 40 questi

The Maths questions are easyand the Verbal questions are just passages, sentence completions and the likes. Read your GMAT 2007. FIRST BANK There are 100 questions. The first part is a long comprehension with only 10 que stions.This part is time consuming, avoid starting on this part. People who star ted on the firstsection didnt finish up to 60 questions at the end of the test.Th e second part is English (Verbal reasoning). It requires a bit of thinking, alth ough itsfairly easy. All they need is your accuracy how u can think on the spot.They are usually simple questions but the challenge is you have 24mi ns for 80 questions.So you have to be fast in thinking. IBTC It is based on GMAT. Mathematics and English (20 Questions). Some Nearest inmeani ng English as well and you will be asked to work some mathematics withoutoptions i.e. no multiple-choice objective in them. Know the meaning of words like-loquac ious,poignantly, avarice INTERCONTINENTAL BANK Their format is GMAT. It contains Maths and English 100 Questions. Go and look f or IEC GMAT text book 2004 edition. If you get the text book, craM try and go th rough allthe questions and answers.Cut off is 80% OCEANIC BANK Oceanic bank test is 70 questions to be answered in 60 mins. There are Maths 15, Comprehension 10, Grammar 20, Current affairs 15 and business questions 10. Pass mark is 50% which is 35 out of the 70. SKYE BANK The test format is 80 questions to be answered in 1hr 15mins comprising of Maths ,Verbal Reasoning, Spatial Orientation, Lateral Reasoning and 1 essay. SPRING BANK Their questions are usually from any GMAT, it is always English and Mathematics.
