Assistant corporate controller, Xango, Lehi, Utah Generated monthly MD&A (Management Discussion & Analysis).

2003-2007

Reviewed monthly results and compared to budgeted standards for multiple countries and coordinated the resolution of any variances. Coordinated the review of international budgets and reviewed results with market managers. Helped open the Philippine market I contacted and hired a local CPA firm in Manila and worked with them to assure that our company was set up to account for all business activities in accordance with Philippine law. I set up bank accounts and helped manage the payment of commissions to the distributors in that country. This was a six month project that required coordination with marketing, finance, international development and operations. Generated pro-forma financial statements for our warehouse and fulfillment entity. Presented our findings to the board and received approval for $1.2 Million dollar capital investment project. 1998-2002
