Love Brings Forth More Love (Mark 4:20) And these are they [Gods seeds of love (words)

issuing forth from His mouth] which are sown on good ground; such as hear [Gk: understand (His love)] the word [the logos seed that which was sown in his heart Mat 13:19], and receive it [Gk: accepts, delights in (His love)], and bring forth [Gk: bears (His love)] fruit [the rhema word], some thirty fold, some sixty, and some an hundred. (Luke 8:11) Now the parable is this: The seed is the word [Gk: logos] of God. (1 John 4:8) He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. [and His seed is therefore???] (1 John 4:16) And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Commentary: We may note that the good ground existing in the heart of every saved born-again person is quick [alive] and powerful (Heb 4:12), it hears intelligently and understands the word of God; it willingly receives the word of God; it lovingly suffers for the word of God; and through the throes of childbirth it brings forth the fruit (the rhema, the revelation) of the sown seed of the word of God. The seed passes through a process of three phases: the process of insemination, the process of gestation, and the process of maturation (i.e., deliverance). Commentary: The logos word is like any real-life common seed that has an inner vital core which is hidden, protected, and surrounded by a hard outer shell. All words of whatever language are formed like that. The outer protective shell, the articulated word or the written word is a construct that contains, encloses, surrounds an inner vital core of meaning; whereas the word itself is merely the conventionally accepted carrier of that meaning. By analogy, a railroad freight train of connected boxcars may be likened unto a spoken or written sentence issuing forth wherein each boxcar (logos word), when opened, contains a meaning (rhema word). Thus, in this parable, Jesus spoke to all the multitude the logos word which had an apparent, quite obvious superficial significance; however, intentionally hidden inside the logos word was the rhema word or the word of revelation destined to be revealed, to break forth, to abundantly flower for only His disciples. Let us examine the following collaborating statement of Jesus Christ: (John 12:48) He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words [Gk: rhema] [revelations, Grace], hath one that judgeth him: the word [Gk: logos] [the Law] that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. Commentary: In this verse, Jesus declares my words (present tense, alluding to the New Testament) to be in clear contrast to the word that I have spoken (past tense, alluding to the Old Testament). Remember, the rhema word is only for His disciples (Mark 4:11,12), i.e., believers, and is thereby equivalent to Grace. The upshot of this statement is that if you dont receive Jesus rhema revelations, you are not saved and you shall be judged by the logos word, meaning that you shall be judged at the great white throne judgment (Rev 20:11-15) by the Law under which you were born and are still

submitted to, along with all the other unbelievers. John's Inspiration is the seed of God Parable (John 15:1-6) I am the true vine [Gk: a vine (as coiling about a support)], and my Father is the husbandman [Gk: farmer]. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit [love = by the way side, on stony ground, among thorns] he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit [love = thirtyfold], he purgeth it [Gk: cleanses it, prunes it], that it may bring forth more fruit [love = sixtyfold]. Now ye are clean [Gk: pure][imputed for righteousness] through the word [Gk: logos] which I have spoken [past tense, the Old Testament word] unto you. Abide in me, and I in you [now in New Testament teaching]. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit [love = an hundredfold]: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered [Gk: to desiccate; shriveled: dried up]; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. Commentary: Gods word is love. Matthew, Mark, and Luke emphasize the seed of Gods word being sown upon or into the ground of the hearts (emotions and thoughts) of hearing people who figuratively possess soils (characters) of varying degrees of receptivity to the word of God, and the outcome of that seed. John, on the other hand, begins the rendition of his parable at the point where the other disciples have concluded, and deals solely with the fruit of Gods word. (Eph 5:26) That he might sanctify and cleanse it [the church] with the washing [Gk: baptism] of water by the word [Gk: rhema], (John 15:7-17) If ye abide in me, and my words [Gk: rhema] [of love] abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will [because it will conform to Gods will], and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified [Gk: full of glory, honour, magnified], that ye bear much fruit [love = an hundredfold: v.5]; so shall ye be my disciples. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit [love], and that your fruit [love] should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. These things I command you, that ye love one another. Amen
