Recruiting Process
Maair follows an extensive and vigorous recruitment process utilizing world-class best practices at each stage from identifying the requirements to actual placement. We maintain a database of thousands of resumes but our hiring methodology is client specific and very thorough. Our acceptance ratio is less than 1% of all applicants. Clients who require specific skills for analysts must allow 5 - 7 weeks from the time we receive a retainer fee to fill a position (s). Our approach for client specific hires is as follows Job boards, referrals, consultants, head-hunting, advertisements, database, etc. Based on aptitude, communication, personality, relocation, start time, budget, & core skills (written tests where applicable) Detailed drill-down on core skills and assign project where applicable

4 steps to global teamwork

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with Maair Ventures is a four step process. Through the first phase we assess the nature of the process to outsource. A Maair Ventures associate may visit the client onsite to review documentation process and training materials. Once a mutual agreement is reached with the client, there is a transition period in which Maair builds the offshore client team and finally a parallel run stage where a dedicated team works live to support client processes.
