Peel the onion and tomatoes and cut together with pepper in small pieces. Bake onions and pepper glazy in butter and add the diced tomatoes, let simmer. Add the eggs one by one to this mixture and let simmer on low heat. Season with salt and pepper and eat with turkish or french bread!
Tuna Sandwich
Tuna sandwich recipe is great breakfast along with your green tea.

1 can white tuna 3 Celery sticks (diced finely) 1/2 Red Capsicum (diced finely) 1/4 cup sweet relish 1/2 cup or less Thousand Island Dressing 1/4 tsp Salt lot's of black pepper 4 whole wheat Rolls tomato (thinly sliced) 4 lettuce leaves

In a mixing bowl, place the tuna and then add the relish, salad dressing, salt & pepper. Mix until the salad dressing (or mayonnaise) covers the tuna. NOTE: Taste the tuna mixture to see if it requires more black pepper or salad dressing! Spread tuna mixture on the roll, add 2 tomato slices, and a leaf of lettuce.

1/4 tsp cinnamon I would say about 2/3rd cups OR MORE low fat milk...( YOU SEE how u like urs) 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 6-8 slices of white milky bread (or any kind u like) (sum oil or butter to fry the bread in)

Beat together egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Heat a lightly oiled fry pan over medium-high flame. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden. Serve hot.enjoy!!!
Jordanian Cuisine
An egg with mushroom is a meal itself; this recipe is the perfect solution because it's easy and delicious and the ingredients are mostly in your home. It's also perfect for light dinner when you got home late after work and there isn't anything to eat.

1 can of mushroom (425g) 3 eggs 3 small onions, chopped Sprinkles of black Pepper Sprinkles of crushed ginger

Heat olive oil in a saucepan and saut onion over low heat until well cooked. Add mushroom to the onion stirring well. Cover the saucepan and leave for 10 minutes meanwhile stir occasionally. Break eggs in a small bowl, add black pepper and crushed ginger and mix all together. Only pour egg over mushroom without mixing together. Leave for 5 minutes until egg edge are cooked then mix all together for few minutes.

Place the cooked meal into a serving plate and garnish with bell pepper and tomatoes. Serve right away.

Break the eggs and put them in a container, cut cheese to small pieces and add them to the eggs, add salt and beat the mixture Put a small amount of oil or butter into a pan then place it on a low heated burner, add the eggs mixture and leave until fried The eggs with cheese are decorated with pepper then served
I made this soup EVERY day this Ramadan. My husband wanted to eat something that reminded him of his mama (May Allah reward her paradise, Ameen).

Heat the oil in a pot; add the onions and the chicken cube. Add the oatmeal, salt, pepper, and water; cook for 20 minutes. Transfer oatmeal mixture to a blender and puree until smooth. Add the milk and blend. Transfer back to the pot; simmer for 5 minutes.
Kachumber Salad
Kachumber Salad is easy to prepare and very delicious salad made from cucumber, onion and tomatoes

1 Onion (finely diced) 2 tomatoes (finely diced) lime juice (to taste) salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp vinegar 1 Green Chilli (finely cut)

Wash and cut tomatoes into half inch dices. Wash, peel and cut cucumber. Wash and chop the green chillies. Mix all the vegetables and green chillies...add Lemon Juice, Vinegar and Salt / Pepper to taste :) Mix all ingredients well in a bowl, TOSS WELL....arrange in a salad bowl and serve cold.
NOTICE
NOTE: Wash onions with water salt and vinegar separately - to get rid of the smell!!
NOTE: You can add ur own fav. veg in there...like capsicum, fresh coriander leaves or fresh mint, parsley, etc.
