GO FOR DIAMOND incentive Program

Official Rules and Requirements The Go for the Diamond incentive is a personal development program geared to develop leaders, and increase recruiting and rank advancement. Brand Partners must achieve Diamond status during the qualifying period (see below) and maintain it for the following consecutive month while being Momentum Bonus qualified. Qualifying Periods Qualifying period 1: 30th December 2011 12th July 2012 (Incentive Trip - 3rd to 5th August 2012) Qualifying period 2: 13th July 27th December 2012 (Incentive Trip - 1st to 3rd February 2013) Brand Partners will receive an incentive trip to Singapore Resort World (for Taiwan will be a free trip to Hong Kong) which includes round-trip transportation for you, hotel accommodation and planned tour by travel agent which includes meals. The Go for the Diamond program will run from 30th December 2011 to 27th December 2012. The program is open to Brand Partners residing in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia who are or will be of legal age by the date the Reward is claimed. To be eligible, a Brand Partner must achieve the following during the program period: a. First time Diamond that is Paid As Diamond rank for two consecutive four-week periods, earning them the Diamond Rank Advancement Bonus. b. Maintain the Diamond rank while being Momentum Bonus qualified for two consecutive four-week periods. c. Eligible for one-time award only.

In the event the Brand Partner is not able to attend, no substitutions or cash equivalent will be awarded. Acceptance of the Reward constitutes permission for the Company, or any of its related or affiliated entities, to use attendees names/likenesses for purposes of publicity, advertising and promotion without further compensation. No substitution, exchange or transfer of reward by winner is permitted. The participation of any individual in this program is solely at his/her own risk and responsibility. Additional Information: Qualifying Period 1: Brand Partners would have to reach the Paid As Rank of Diamond no later than June 14, 2012, and the second consecutive period would end on July 12, 2012. Qualifying Period 2: Brand Partners would have to reach the Paid As Rank of Diamond no later than November 29, 2012, and the second consecutive period would end on December 27, 2012.

Vemma Vegas Convention Incentive Trip Contest

Official Rules and Requirements Qualifying Periods Qualifying period: 1st January 31st December 2012 (Date of Convention to be announced later) Brand Partners will receive an incentive trip to Vemma Vegas Convention which includes round-trip airticket, hotel accommodation and entrance free to the convention (meals and land transport not inclusive). The contest is opened to Brand Partners residing in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia and Hong Kong who are or will be of legal age by the date the Reward is claimed. To be eligible, a Brand Partner must achieve the following during the contest period: a. Must be Paid As Star Presidential rank for a four-week period. b. Maintain Paid As Presidential rank for two consecutive four-week periods. In the event the Brand Partner is not able to attend, no substitutions or cash equivalent will be awarded. Vemma Ambassador Retreat Incentive Trip Contest

Official Rules and Requirements Rewards for the contest are as follows: All-inclusive trip for you and your spouse to the Vemma Ambassador Retreat at a World Class Resort (to be announced later) and $5,000 USD cash: The reward consists of roundtrip coach airfare travel for the winner, three-nights accommodations at 5-star hotel accommodation, roundtrip ground transfer between destination airport and the resort, meals and drinks, and all-inclusive Ambassador functions. Winner will be solely responsible for any and all extra-curricular activities including, but not limited to offsite day trips and excursions. The dates of the Ambassador retreat to be announced later. All arrangements must be made through Vemmas Events Department. In the event the Brand Partner is not able to attend, no substitutions with parent or sibling or cash equivalent will be awarded. The Winner must be in possession of a valid passport (and VISA) in order to accept this prize. If the Winner is unable to attend the Ambassador Retreat, the cash equivalent will not be awarded. No postponement of awarded or substitutions of other incentive or holiday tour. As this incentive is a yearly event, winner/s will be announced one month before Vemma Ambassador Retreat event.
