Human Resources Government Compliance Federal and State Mandates Organizational Development Employment Law

This study concentrates on the plethora of laws that corporations have to comply with. There has to be a solid HR infrastructure in companies that know and seek advice about the ever changing employment laws.

The research in this article summarizes that the most informative methods to identify the human resources issues that occupy an organization's time and efforts and questions the experts directly.

This study found that corporations are not aware of the many laws that they have to comply with. This article states that it is necessary to have an HR manager that is aware of the laws and seeks help when needed. .

This study is a historical playback of the Court rulings and actions of the executive and legislative branches of the Federal government for affirmative action and Equal Opportunity and its effect on corporations.

This research is vital. Since the Government's struggle for racial equality began with President Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation in 1863 many laws have been formed into what are todays laws and regulations for employers.

This article is the foundation for the many laws that govern and regulate our corporations today. This will be helpful to me to give a detailed timeline on how the laws were formed and the impacts that they have had.

This article defines wilileaks and the effects that they have on employers. Big corporations are struggling to keep their corporate secrets from the public and watchful eyes of the media. Employees should be head accountable for the communication leaks and good employment practices should be in place.

The research suggests that under close supervision, employees that are well screened and have thorough background checks should not pose a threat to corporation information and should not be leaked to the media
This research is interesting because it has a direct correlation with government agencies and corporations. The researchers used a series of questions about HRM and employee relations policies, and practices as well as a number of questions about the nature of the workforce.

I was not aware of the implications that arose from employees leaking corporate information to the media and government. This is very useful information for my project to explain the tie between government and corporations and how HR has due diligence to make sure that they screen their candidates or they can be looking at many lawsuits.

This article is important to my research because it explains why some corporations are more heavily looked upon by the government and the fact that agencies have the right to make corporations maintain compliance.
