LOAN AGREEMENT

This Loan Agreement is made effective the 6th of June 2011 BETWEEN: ARLYN FLORES CASTRO (the Lender ) an individual in her main address located at: A-13 CLARK AVE. VILLASOL SUBDIVISION, ANGELES CITY AND: AIRENE CASTRO MANLUPIG (the Borrower ), an individual in her main address located at: 2905 AMAPOLA ST. BARANGAY SUBDIVISION DAU MABALACAT PAMPANGA 1. PROMISE TO PAY Within FIVE months from today, Borrower promises to pay to Lender the sum of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND (P 25,000.00), and interest and other charges stated below. 2. RESPONSIBILTY Although this Agreement may be signed below by more than one person, Borrower understands that we are each as individuals responsible for paying back the full amount. 3. BREAKDOWN OF LOAN Amount of Loan: P 25, 000.00 *Interest of P 500.00 a month if partial payment is below FIVE THOUSAND (P 5,000.00)in a month. Total of payments: FIVE 4. INTEREST Interest of FIVE HUNDRED (P 500.00) a month if Borrower makes a partial payment of less than FIVE THOUSAND (P 5,000.00) in a month. 5. REPAYMENT This is how Borrower will repay: Borrower will repay the amount of this note in FIVE equal uninterrupted monthly instalments of FIVE THOUSAND (P 5,000.00) each on the last day of each month starting on July 31, 2011, and ending on November 30, 2011. 6. PREPAYMENT Borrower has the right to prepay the whole amount at any time.
