Syed Jaffer My question was to get the details of the respective

alleged cases you did not answer to my question. I have great
respect for your passion, educational achievements and professional
experience. Since these allegations have no substance, are baseless
I therefore questioned.

I have no formal or informal connection with the Pakistan People’s

Party, therefore not a Jiala of PPP at all as you suggested. I am a
common citizen and a voter only. For the last 40 year I have been
listening to the trolls from the journalistic community and media.
Something substantive never came out against that Party. The facts
that came out to the open prove without any doubt that each and
every allegation was a conspiracy against that party. Whenever that
party won elections forces that don’t want democracy in Pakistan
conspired to overthrow and block that party coming back, media
supported the negative forces to spread lies.

The reference of Chudhry Nisar in your article too is baseless, later

events show Choudhry was wrong; each and every election petition
from PML and every other candidate disposed off or are being heard
accordingly and according to the law. The article reflects personal
opinions of the involved people and does not fall in the category of
true investigative journalism. Asking me to quit and join PPP fan page
suggests I am not allowed in Bhutto bashers club that wants all to
believe in them without questioning is that professional?

without any doubt & this buying /selling is HUSN-e-JAMHORIYAT of
Paki's Siyasi riwayaat.

Regarding Shah's statement, he was not wrong on what he says

earlier & apart from the PPP's sacrifices for Democracy in LAND-PAK
they are corrupt as well including Shaheed-BiBi.

Syed Jaffer The final results of the senate elections were compiled
after several recounts. No one has pending election petition against
any of the results. The fact is PPP had the potential, and could have
won one more seat that was lost due to a conspiracy or foolishness
of members.

In our bicameral democratic system Senate is constituted to be there

all the time and should not be abolished, but was broken and all the
members sent home. Later on Zia installed his nominated ‘momineen’
members in 1977, and up till now situation was manipulated to keep
this house unrepresented.

It is after 35 years, that senate has reasonably true representation.

There is an independent election commission in place, those who
have doubts should pursue and file complaint. There is a very active
Judiciary, normally painted by media to be hostile towards PPP.
Those who know of the trading should bring it to the notice of the
Supreme Court.

If PPP bought the senate seats, other customers out there in the
market were no poor people either, why they were not able to pay
the price. We point out corruption towards others; we all are the
corrupt actually. No court in its final verdict all over the world
convicted BB or Zardari. The final verdict is the situation when all the
possibilities of an appeal have exhausted.

In educated and civilized societies the norm is, everyone is innocent

unless proven guilty, additionally justice should not only be done, but
should manifestly and undoubtedly be seen to be done. It is the
rotten mentality of Muslims inculcate by General Zia Ul Haq that puts
the burden of proving innocence on the accused.
