Students will attend and attempt to rote count with teacher( CC 34). Lesson: Circle Time Story - Read Whose Hat is This? - Encourage students to attend to the story. - Encourage students to guess who the hat belongs to. Counting The 1st group will count to 20, while the second group will count to 10 using the smart board file. - Students will be encouraged to attend and attempt to count.

Community Helpers

Pre-K Jackson

Sing/hand movements - Students will use the choice board to make a song choice. - Students will be encouraged to make hand movements and sing songs. Smart board - Students will engage in activities on the smarts board, practice turn-taking, one-to-one correspondence, shapes, colors, and imitation. Mat Man - Use Writing without Tears CD and play the song Mat Man. - Have students use the marker to draw mat man on the smart board. Assessment: The teacher will observe the children and redirect if needed. Sensory input, and verbal/physical prompting will be used when needed.

General Objectives: Students will clean up with little prompting (CC 7). Students will participate in learning tasks when approached by teacher (CC 24 and 26). The student will share and use turn taking with peers, with prompting (CC 10, 11, 12, and 13). Specific Objectives for each Center: Play Center With prompting and modeling, the students will play functionally with the toys in the center (CC 22,23,24,25,and 26). When an adult/peer approaches the student and attempts cooperative play, the student will play cooperatively with prompting as needed (CC 10,11,12,13). Dramatic Play Center With help, the student will use pretend play skills to use materials in the center (CC 35,36, and 37). Sensory Center The student will freely explore and engage in sensory input items/activities. (CC 3,19, and 25) Library Center The student will explore different books (CC 44,45,46,47,48). The student will sit and show attention to a short story being read to them (CC 44,45,46,47,48). The student will interact with the story, by pointing to pictures upon request (CC 44,45,46,47,48). The student will use numbers and counting to match the number with the correct amount of hearts. (CC 34) The student will classify objects to sort tools that belong to different community helpers. (CC 27)

Work Center The student will complete 2-3 independent tasks by using the work system (CC 23 and 24). The student will then attend to a teacher directed task, with prompting and sensory input as needed (CC 5,6,7,8,9,26). Lesson: Centers - While in a center, the teacher will work one on one with each student, working on specific IEP goals. - The teacher may use teacher directed tasks, but also let the students interest at that moment guide their learning.

Assessment: Teacher will mark a check plus (independent), check (some help), or a check minus (a lot of help) on the IEP goal paper. NR is marked for no response and R is marked for refusal to participate.

Objectives: Student will sit in their chair during meal time. Student will use eating utensils appropriately, with help as needed. Student will drink from an open cup, with help as needed. Student will put his/her tray in the trash when finished, with help. (CC 5 and 6) Lesson: MealTime - Students are expected to sit in their chairs throughout the duration of the mealtime. - The teacher will guide them in using their utensils and drinking from an open cup correctly. - Teacher will encourage students to try new foods. - The teacher will say all done. Students are to respond by picking up their tray and putting it in the trash. They are to then go back to the table and pick up their object/picture and check their schedules. Assessment: The teacher will observe and document students progress on objectives.

Objectives: The student will play functionally with outside toys, with prompting as needed (CC 26). The student will demonstrate pro-social behavior by interacting with same age peers, with verbal and physical prompting (CC 10,11,12,13). The student will practice gross motor skills, with help (running, jumping, throwing/catching a ball, climbing playground equipment.) CC 14,15,16,17 and 18 Lesson: Outside Time - The teacher will guide the student in playing games, and using the outside toys appropriately and functionally. - The teacher will use verbal and physical prompts to help the student engage in play with other peers. Assessment: The teacher will observe and document the students ability to use pro-social behaviors.

Objectives: The student will follow a toileting schedule using a visual schedule. The student will sit and attempt to use the toilet. The student will assist or independently pull up/down his/her pants. The student will then follow a hand washing schedule with physical prompting and a visual schedule. (CC 5,6 and 8) Lesson: Toileting - The teacher will use physical prompting to help the student learn the toileting schedule. - The teacher will encourage the student to use the toilet. - The teacher will use physical prompts to help the student independently pull up/down their pants. - The teacher will then guide the student to follow the hand washing schedule by prompting as needed. Assessment: The teacher will observe the students ability to complete selfhelp skills in the area of toileting. The teacher will then record observations in anecdotal notes.

Objectives: The student will sit and attend to teacher and or task, with prompting and sensory input as needed. The student will participate in activity by attempting to imitate teacher, with prompting. (CC 5,7,9,30, and 38) Lesson: Music and Movement Use ABC Music and Me lesson 3 and 4 from On the Go (30 minutes)

Assessment: The teacher will observe and document whether the students actively participate or not. The teacher will observe and adjust throughout the lesson, and provide prompting or sensory if needed.

Objectives: The student will sit in chair during task. The student will attend to art activity with prompting as needed. The student will complete art task with prompting. (CC 8,9,19,20,23, and 24) Lesson: Art Monday (Rachel and Helen): - Students will control small muscles in their hands to tear blue pieces of paper and then glue them onto the police hat. - Students will use tools for writing to trace two wheels on the bus. They will then color the bus with self-direction and with redirection to stay inside the lines. - Students will use tools for writing to trace lines on a paper, with some help. Tuesday (Jamyan and Emylinda): - Students will control small muscles in their hands to tear blue pieces of paper and then glue them onto the police hat. - Students will use tools for writing to trace two wheels on the bus. They will then color the bus with self-direction and with redirection to stay inside the lines. - Students will use tools for writing to trace lines on a paper, with some help. Wednesday (Kaymania and Ian): - Students will control small muscles in their hands to tear blue pieces of paper and then glue them onto the police hat. - Students will use tools for writing to trace two wheels on the bus. They will then color the bus with self-direction and with redirection to stay inside the lines. - Students will use tools for writing to trace lines on a paper, with some help. Thursday/Friday:

- Students will complete any art activity that they missed throughout the week. Everyday there is a main art activity, but due to their inability to attend to and complete art activities independently, the art activities planned are short and simple. The student is encouraged to independently complete their art activity, but may require some help and redirection. Other simple coloring and sensory (sand, rice, moon sand) activities will be provided for the student after the art activity has been completed. Assessment: The teacher will observe the students attention to task and persistence in completing the task. The teacher will document the students ability to follow the directions in order to complete the art activity and the ability to complete the art activity.
