Low-level design provides the proposed solution topology and articulates how the design fulfills requirements outlined during planning IMPLEMENT Speed return on investment by leveraging the work done in the previous three phases as you integrate devices without disrupting the existing network or creating points of vulnerability. OPERATE System management assists customers in developing system management processes including administration, backup, asset management, maintenance, and security Change management plans for future upgrades and defines the overall change management process

The Steps to Success portal consists of six modulesthree of which are customizable based on user needs. The modules include: View Process Flows Module For a successful customer engagement, Steps to Success offers baseline and technology-specific resources for every phase of the network lifecycle, also referred to as the PPDIOO methodology. Access specific service components, tasks, and activities within each phase of the methodology, and download resources specific to those areas. You can also view, save, or print the process flow methodology and project management diagram for your chosen technology. My Deployments Module Here you can define a deployment, or create a custom process flow that can encompass elements from one or more technologies.
