Discussion

Based on the study researched, conducted at Datamex Institute of Computer Technology that a Classroom Management affects students behavior inside the classroom. One of the student from BSOA quoted during the interview that whenever their teacher is in her temper or is in the bad mood that would probably shows undesirable atmosphere which changes the flow of Classroom Management. She instead sit at the corner rather than participating the class discussion. And her idleness arises everytime this circumtances occur. And in talking about teachers classroom management, 24 out 30 students agreed that the teachers manage the classroom fairly and no one is above. That their rules and regulations inside the classroom is for everyone and no one is favored nor infavored especially in the grading system. While only 6 students agreed to opposed the said issue, accroding to them it all depends on the person. Teacher also gives enough attention to all the students in class as what 19 students agreed. That favoritism does not exist inside the classroom. However, 11 out of 30 students opposed the latter issue, according to them there are times that their teachers dont give enough attention to them. And with regards to the factor that could possibly avoid students impolite behavior, Policy firmness got the highest frequency for they say that through this, students would probably minimize their impolite behaviors for they may be afraid of the possible punishments when they violates the rules and regulations. While 11 out of 30 students believe that tolerance could avoid impolite behaviors of the students, through this they would need not to argue the teachers for they received tolerance from them. And 4out 30 students agreed that through Student Autonomy students would be conscious upon showing their impolite behaviors for not only the teachers can express disagreement but also their co-students. While 5 students from different courses agreed that the 3 factors mentioned above both can help to avoid impolite behaviors of the students.

Conclusion
Based on the data gathered and done interviews to some students from datamex institute of computer technology. I could conclude that the students performances and behaviors depend on the type of classroom management of a teacher. Their way to discipline the students, their way of handling the class and their way of taking solution whenever problems inside the classroom occurs. Any of these ways may affects the students performances inside the classroom. And thus, whatever action that a teacher has made inside the classroom, big or small, has a big impact to students learning process and behaviors.

Recommendation
Based on the findings , the students behaviors dapend on the type of Classroom Management that a teacher has took in. So I highly recommended the ff: Techers should implement the Policy Firmness inside the classroom. So that the students wpuld learn to stop violating the rules and regulations. Students should learn to coordinate, cooperate, and participate in the class discussion. For thats the only way to have a good flow of Classroom Management.
