Job Description 1. Manpower planning:

Forecasting future manpower requirement in terms of manpower in surplus and in shortage for
different regions. Organization structure revision and restructuring as per need. 2. Recruitment and Selections: Candidate Search through various sources, as in: o Scrutinizing employee profile from job sites & making cold calling o Employee Referrals o Walk ins Screening CVs through all the sources & managing responses Fixing-up interview for the candidate with specification of date and time Giving one day prior notification along with data & time to the departmental head regarding candidates to be interviewed for proper coordination Filing up application form pre interview Conducting first round of one-o-one interview by HR Coordinating with Departmental Head for second round of interview Negotiating on salary by HR with candidates .In case of selection after negotiation, an offer letter is sent to the candidate and in case of rejection , rejection note is sent to the candidate via mail 3. Induction Programme: Completion of joining formalities Conducting post joining employee background verification After the decision on methodology, meeting with departmental head with HR should be held. Performance expectations should be conveyed to the employees. Co-ordinate with HR for the appraisal feedback.. Identifying Non-performers on the basis of rating criteria. 4. Exit Formalities: Conducting Exit Interview Full & final settlement of employees

Daily functions in HR: Timely internal communication to the employees to convey any information or in case of any change in policies & procedures. Preparation of various Letters & certificates:Appointment letters, offer letters, promotion letters & others.
