EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of this report was to analyse how zong telecommunication can make its services better.Zong is the first International brand of China Mobile being launched in Pakistan. The company is often cited as China Mobile (Pakistan). It is meant to empower and liberate the people of Pakistan in every nook and corner of the country. It will become a part of their hearts, their minds and bring about a change in their lives that every one desired but few thought would be possible.. ZONG will be supported by ground breaking communications, trend setting customer service and an unmatched product offering which will redefine rules of the game and establish ZONG as a serious contender for the number one spot. ZONG would offer its customers with entertaining & innovative value added services and will empower them by giving a wide variety of products, services & content to choose from. We are privileged to be the pioneering country introducing this brand with others to follow. And God willing, together we will also make ZONG a success story for others to try and replicate. After considering all finding it is suggested that Zong Telecom should be increasing their network coverage and footprints in every corner of the country to capture the market. Zong should adopt the strategies of market penetration marketdevelopment and related diversification, but the most effectivestrategy would be market penetration. In the SBU of Zong mobile Zong should use the strategy of hold and maintain.Zong should hire the skilled management. Zong should not waste their opportunities and get more help as possible

1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Purpose The purpose of this report was to analyse how zong telecommunication can make its services better.

1.2 Scope
While investigating services of zong it was important to consider their customer feed back, standard features, optional benefits .

1.3 Method
The information used in this report was collected surveys, questionnaires from zong interna and external customer.

1.4 Limitations
Some customers do not give true and right feedback. Employees does not provide full and authentic information due to loyalty with the company.

1.6 Background
Zong is the first International brand of China Mobile being launched in Pakistan. The company is often cited as China Mobile (Pakistan). 3 Discussion Zong has high capital and resources .it has good government dealings and having high rate growth and good advertisement to capture customer attention but besides this it has low network coverage.and bad image of paktel is also affect its image. its has lowest market share as compare to warid jaz and ufone.it has weak management information system. it does not have skilled staff rather than it has old staff regarding skills and compatibility.Zong is the first company who introducedmobileWith the brand name of ZONG. Zong isbenchmark leader in this SBU.It is availableat very cheap price. Anyonecan get it paying Rs 1900 with Rs 1900balance.Large number of people appreciates and gets the mobile immediately.Mobile is totally made by china and peoples perception about chinamobile is not good. So its resale value is low.Zong mobile is only made for zong network. Other networks cannot operate in this mobile

4. CONCLUSION
Zong has good financial position and growing fast. But there are some reasons of discrepancies. it maybe possible that Zong can be the leading mobile operator in Pakistan.but it has to overcome on its all deficiencies and drawbacks

5. RECOMMENDATIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION


The findings and conclusion in this report support the following recommendations: y y Zong Telecom should be increasing their network coverage and foot prints in every corner of the country to capture the market.

Zong should adopt the strategies of market penetration marketdevelopment and related diversification, but the most effectivestrategy would be market penetration.

In the SBU of Zong mobile Zong should use the strategy of hold and maintain.

Zong should hire the skilled management.

Zong should not waste their opportunities and get more help as possible
