Planting a Rainbow
By: Lois Ehlert Call Number: E EHL Grade: K-2 A mother and her child plant a rainbow in their garden using different colored plants.
Suggestion: A good spring story. It can be used as artwork and/or writing. Students can draw a garden or another spring item (insects, butteries) using the colors of the rainbow. The writing about their ve senses or what they would feel.
Suggestion: Magic tree house is always a good way to teach different science topics because it combines students humor and silliness with science.

Can be used when having pictures of a problem or writing problem and want to tell the answer or correct pronunciation of a word. It can even be an explanation. Hello Slide http://www.helloslide.com/ Problem with putting slideshows online to share is that they dont have your voice to explain either the image or what isnt on the slide. This can be used when discussing inventions.
