Education System in the school: All the classes are being divided in three groups namely A , B and C according to the performance and intelligence level of the student. The criteria of the group division are given as follows: C B A Dull students. Medium students. Intelligent students.
After this group division special care is being given to all the categories as per their requirement.
Extra co-curricular activities at the school: Children are encouraged for various co-curricular activities like painting, writing essays, writing letters etc. One very interesting thing that we saw there was a red post box full of letters written by the students of the school to other students and their teachers.
Problems faced by the teachers: 1. Hectic timing: The school hours are very long and the teachers come from the nearest town Giddaluru which is 17 km awayand they face transportation problem.
Only two teachers have to manage everything whether it is the matter taking classes, taking examinations or managing other co-curricular activities. This increases the work pressure faced by them.

Farming:
Farming is the major occupation of Dwarkacherla. Nearly 80% of the villagers earn their livelihood through farming. The time when we visited this village we saw the fields of cotton and chillies.
Cattle breeding and milk production is another source of earning livelihood of the villagers. While returning in the evening we saw cattle owners of the village with many cans of milk going to Giddaluru to sell their milk.
The helpful behaviour of the people and the love that they shown to us is very overwhelming. Instead of their hectic schedule they gave us some of their time and chatted with us which is really admirable.
Cultural diversity: There are many different communities residing in Dwarkacherla but instead of that everyone is living happily and are caring for others too, which is a hard to see thing these days.
Self dependency: This village is mostly self dependent in terms of food production and they hardly rely on any other sources, rather than their fields, for their food.
Pollution free climate: The climate of Dwarkacherla is very nice and soothing. The pure water and the pure air have left their taste in us.
Eye catching sceneries: The mesmerising sceneries and the lush green views everywhere is really pleasant to watch and also not easily forgettable.
Infrastructure: The present infrastructure is completely inadequate to match the current needs of the growing population. Many changes like proper houses and proper drainage system are required in order to maintain the decorum and healthy climate of Dwarkacherla.
School facilities: The school we visited consisted of two rooms and didnt even have desks and benches and students were studying sitting on the floor. At least basic necessities like desk benches and proper classrooms must be fulfilled. Some more subjects and teachers are needed to be introduced to the school.
Health facilities: The present heath facilities also need to be increased to some extent like full-time availability of doctors and opening of medical stores in villages.
Conventional farming techniques: The conventional farming techniques need to be changed to increase the overall production and also to save the crops from damage because of natural disasters like flood, drought etc.
Literacy rate: The literacy rate of Dwarkacherla is roughly 30-40% of the total population which is a major drawback should be addressed with proper measures and methods so that the literacy rate gets increased to the desirable figure.
