INTRODUCTION
As computer technology changes at such fast phase, many businesses sectors try to cope up by upgrading computer system constantly in order to stay competitive. The multi function ability of technology for its advance system is also an important factor for a company to use software. It makes efficient use of the advance technology and has ambition to discover more. Computers have the great impact on the profession of accounting. The program also allows the monthly payroll schedule to be calculated accurately. Just by having all employees info like name, working hours, wages etc to enter in the database. Therefore, payroll can be done with the guide of the program. The system is good in for its specialty in the fields of accounting. It is easy to use, effective and efficient in organizing and calculating the payroll. In addition, this study aims to develop a reliable and manageable computerized payroll system for Ferrer Solution for a better manageable of a business. The Proposed Computerized Payroll System will give a big relief of the employee and employers as well.

COMPANY BACKGROUND
Payroll System throughout the world has relied on pen and papers. Problem such as missing pay slips and record of employees may write and wrong place arise. Furthermore, some could not be able to handle the massive volume of pay slip. Under the old manual payroll system, it takes up too much to process. Real time pay rolling and improved efficiency has been the focus of employees. As with many business scenarios getting rid of paper improves efficiency reduces human error and allows information to flow to an infrastructure without a time consuming data input process. These are also loss chance of handwritten payroll being misread and a higher employee turnaround as employee will be served faster. In accordance to this, the software developers proposed the Ferrer Solution computerized payroll system. The system is developed specially to meet the needs of Ferrer Solution.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

1. How can we make computerized payroll system that can generate a timely and accurate record, create pay slip at the same time make a summary salaries expense periodically in journal entry format? 2. How can Ferrer Solution keep pace with the modernization? 3. How can Ferrer Solution maximize the manual computation of Employees salary?

SYSTEM OBJECTIVES
This system aims:

Generate Accurate Year-to-Date Reports for Employee Income Generate Pay slip Help Owners Comply with Labor Laws

SYSTEM SCOPE AND LIMITATION

Scope The System is designed for the enhancement or development of Computerized Payroll System for Mr.Bladimaire Ferrer. It includes the features that can Add Employees record, Edit Employees information, Delete Employees record, print / Save the Pay Slip of each employee and Updating Employees information as well as the Weekly Salary, Cash advance, the rate per day, overtime, Gross payment, Net pay, and Deduction such as withholding tax and SSS, adding up with a log-in log-out process for security purpose. Moreover, with help file can be used by the users to know how to use the payroll software. Limitation On the other hand, this study limits only to the proposed enhancement Computerized Payroll System of Mr. Ferrer. A proposed system which can only be access by authorized person. It does not support network topology implementation, online program or online transaction.

FEASIBILITY STUDY Overview of the existing system

Their current system is actually manual. They have no existing computerized pay roll system. Due to the manual system that they have, their services slow down. In their current system problems like missing records, loss of data and wrong computation details could possibly occur.

User Overview
The user has difficulty in computing the employee salary due to the manual process. Receiving the pay slip from employer took a lot of time in computing the employees salary. Recording of data in manual process can loss the data.
