Proposal For Training A M ANAGEMENT D EVELOPMENT P ROGRAMME

Target audience: M3, M4 Overview


Planman HRIC proposes to design and conduct a Two-day Management Development Programme for ETA Engineering. The programme aims to assist the participating executives in their role by taking them through a structured series of sessions on Leadership, Coaching, Motivation, Analytical Problem Solving and Decision Making. TRAINING LOGISTICS The duration of the program will be 2-days. We recommend a batch size of 15 - 20 participants.
