OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
The main objective of this Project (Brilliant-tutorials.com) is to develop a Website for Brilliant Tutorials Institute of Medical and Engineering in such a way that Management and Faculties of this institution can provide round the clock help to their Students. In addition to this Parent of students can also monitor the progress of their wards through this Website.

Introduction about Brilliant Tutorials Institute of Medical and Engineering: It is a Premier Institute for preparation of Engineering and Medical
entrance examination in Delhi. It conducts different courses in classroom contact programme for the student of different stages. It offers a wonderful world of knowledge, learning, opportunities and skill to face the challenges of future through talented, experienced and skilled faculties who train students about different methodologies to learn and motivate them to use their whole talent and intelligence potential with the speed and accuracy. The Institute has been most fortunate in receiving continuous public recognition and support in its pursuit of performing excellence. Today, Internet supports become almost essential in all regions. So, to provide global and round the clock access and availability about all types of information required by Students, Faculties, and Parent, having its own Website is necessary.

INTRODUCTION ABOUT THE PROPOSED PROJECT


Website is the mirror of an organization which show all events performing by the organization and the services provided by it in its campus all over the world. This project has been proposed to develop a website for this Institution. History and glorious record which is the indicator of any competitive Institution will be displayed on its Website. Courses offered by the Institution and their eligibility will be displayed. Schedule of Registration, Entrance test for different batches will be published on website. Students can fill up on-line registration form, and after registration they get unique registration number. Result of admission test and schedule of admission for admission in different batches will be displayed on the proposed website. Besides detail description of different Engineering and medical entrance examinations institute can also display Name of Exam., No. Of seats, schedule of

notification, Examination, address for further details/Enquiry in tabular form. So any student can get knowledge about these in both detail and brief and save their precious time. Topic wise important questions, hints about their solution , very similar model test papers, different methodologies for better preparation etc. will available on the Website. Accessibility of these documents is protected. Only the students of Institution can access these pages. For this each student will have unique student_ID and Password. Results Of topic wise monthly test, fortnightly part test, test-series results will also be published on the Website. Parent of the students will also have a unique parent_ID and password. By using these, they can see the status, progressreport and behavior of their ward. Faculties records, their schedule also will be available on the Website. Faculties and administrator can create their E-mail ID on this Website for individually contact to the students, parents, other faculties and administration. Success students may send their information (year of success, success exam) so that, management can record these. Institute can publish advertisement for faculties of different streams on its Websites .Eligible candidate can apply in respect of given information on the Website. Students can submit their requirements, difficulties faced to the management clearly. Faculties, parents can give the precious advice to bring the improvement in all areas.

This Institute solves the Main problem of students and their parents of Delhi who face difficulties due to lack ness of Premier Institutes like in Bangalore, Mumbai, Kota ands Varanashi etc.Because quality education and all facilities also available in this Institution. My client Brilliant Tutorials Institute of Medical and Engineering wants that following facilities should available on its website.

The glorious records of Institution, its historical values will also be displayed .Also messages from M.D. and some scholars should display on the website. So that, Students become encourage after reading their messages. Students, parents at anywhere and at anytime can know in detail about schedule of different Medical and Engineering exams. Through website, Institute can provide online support Name of reference Books for different examinations, guidance about how to do preparation, clue and manner of best preparation for different examinations. Students should get point-wise questions sets, hints of difficult problems about how to solve, clear concept about important typical topics of different subjects, very similar model test papers categorized by examinations. Any student can write about their difficulties, their weak point and expectation from the referred faculties. Parents also access the Website and know the status of their ward. Beside it, they can also see the behavior, discipline, weakness of their ward. Also parent as well as the faculties gives their precious advice to the management through Website. Management gives the facility to the faculty to create their E-mail ID. So that Management as well as students can individually contact to the faculty. ADMISSION:Students access the website and see the detail information about the institution, courses offered by it, faculties, eligibility for different courses, duration of the courses etc. As per their eligibility they select the course. To admit in the institution a student has to do following tasks: Fill-up the registration form and get a unique registration number. The proposed project will facilitate the students to fill-up the registration form on-line and submit it. System automatically checks the correctness and validation of the entries. If all entries will correct then system generate the registration number otherwise, it will not accept and prompt to re-enter the correct value in the appropriate value. Project will display the date of admission test. Students will appear in the admission test held by institution. Result of admission test will be published on the website and a specific period will give to the selected students. Date and time will also publish on the website. Selected students take the admission in the institution and they get roll_no , batch group and timing. Here roll_no will be student_ID and a password also given to each student by the institution.

2. COURSES:The institute conducts different courses for the students of different stages such as- 10th to 11th moving, 11th to 12th moving, and 12th pass students. Crash courses and the test series are also conducted by the Institute for the students who are going to appear in the entrance exams after well preparation. Each course has a unique code and specific duration. Each course has been designed through taking consideration on many aspects of students. Students take admission in the institute as per their eligibility.

In crash course and test series, outer students can also take admission before 4 months of entrance examination. Crash course is conducted for brief revision and Test series is conducted by giving the environment of examination and test the skill of students.

3. STUDENTS:Students are the key for any academic institution. So, they are most considered by the management. After taking admission of the students they get a roll_no with unique password. Using these they can get many facilities provided by the institution. 4. FACULTY:Faculties are those persons who develop the skill of each student. So, well-qualified faculties are the actual wealth of any academic institution. A faculty belongs to a stream

only. They take fix number of classes in the institute. After joining each faculty get their unique ID. Using this ID they use the facilities provided by the institution. So that they can save their precious time. Some of these are: Get their schedule which is for one month. Availability of journals belongs to their streams. Say the management about their requirements to their students Pages belongs to their subject of world famous educational magazines Availability of detail syllabus, question pattern of different examination and previous year questions belongs to their subject of different exams.

5. TEST:Test is a methodology to know the skill of each student. This institute conduct monthly test to know the preparedness and ability of students. After evaluation the results are published and prepare their status report. The parents can see the status report of their wards. Students must have appear in the examination. Test series for different examinations are also conducted for these purposes which include very similar model questions which help the students to know their weakness and strong ness.

6. PARENTS:Parent of each student have a unique ID and password. This ID is the roll_no of their ward but the password will be different from the password given to their wards. Using these ID and password they can see the test result, their status, progress report and behavior in the institution. After each test, with the result status and progress report is prepared and stores them in the database. Whenever a parent accesses the institution website and want to know these, it will be available to them. Parent should write their comment after viewing their wards status report but it is not necessary.

7. CARRER:Since Institute has many departments such as education , account, publish, administration and no. of departments will increase as growing the working area of the institution day by day. So, advertisement for recruiting well qualified faculties, managers, accountant and clerks etc. will be publish on the website beside in the daily newspapers. Administration department monitor all the departments. Administration department receive the proposal Collect required information Prepare the format of advertisement Publish the recruitment on the web. Advertisement contains following informations:

Date and name of daily newspapers, Name of Posts, No. of Posts of each category Eligibility of each post, Last date of applies, documents required etc. Format of the form can be downloaded.

8. FEEDBACK:Institution wants to get the public response from faculties, parents and scholars. They can send their precious valuable suggestions about how to improve the institution through website. Institute will welcome these suggestions and adopt possible suggestions. On accessing the website, there will an option of feedback on the Homepage. After selecting that feedback a page will open in which need to select the category of suggestion. Then in comment box they can write their suggestions and submit it. These suggestions will be store by category in the database of the institution.

SECURITY MECHANISM
There are different types of data on website of the Institution. Some types of data are available to all. Some types of data will be available to only its own Students such as Test Result, topic-wise questions, hints on some typical problems, some useful tips on preparation, Model test papers etc. So, each student will have unique roll number with Student password. Some data will be available to the parents of its students such as status Report etc. of their ward only. Parent of each student have unique roll number of their ward with their own password. To access the page of student status, parent must use given password. Management manages the Website. So Management update the website time-totime and as per requirements. It is the task of Management to collect the informations and publish on the Web. These all tasks are done by a very careful person. So, prohibition to the unauthorized user is necessary. For this purpose Management_ID and Management_password will be given to the authorize person of the Management. Each faculty will have a E-mail account. For accessing to their account, a unique password will be known by only the actual account holder faculty. So, that no one unauthorized person can access to their E-mail account.

FUTURE SCOPE AND FURTHER ENHANCEMENT OF THE PROJECT


This project is unable to do financial tasks. Such as accept admission test as Draft or through Credit Card. This developing website hasnt facility of on-line admission test. In further enhancement this facility may be possible. In further enhancement, it may be possible to provide information on demand. There will no need to search page by page. In future, management can provide at the time response about all types of questions which may be asked instead of some fixed FAQ. In further enhancement of this Website, students will have facility to give any type of very conceptual brain twisting problems for its solution. In addition, it will also possible that management sponsored On-line all India scholarship test in which given set of problems will be solved by the student and Institute will give attractive scholarships to the meritorious students. Institution may propose corresponding courses for these competitive examinations. In that situation the effectiveness of the proposed website will increase. So, the proposed project will support to the students of correspondence courses after further enhancement. In the proposed project, institute will be facilitated to publish the advertisement for recruitment of different posts on the website only but in further enhancement online submission of application form may be possible. In near future the branches of the institute will be open in different cities. All the branches will be joined with each other through networks. But the website will be managed centrally. To support these requirements further enhancement will necessary.
