2.2 Processing description 2.2.1 Add proper ratio of water, sugar and yeast to the wheat flour and mix together. 2.2.2 Dehydrate the well-cutted vegetables. 2.2.3 Mix the minced meat, well-dehydrated vegetables and seasoning together in the seasoning mixer 2.2.4 Put the proper amount of well-kneaded dough into the dough hopper. 2.2.5 Put the well-mixed filling into the filling hopper. 2.2.6 Switch on the machine, adjust the pressing roller to press the thin dough as needed. 2.2.7 Filling the stuffing onto the dough belt then wrapping by the long reel roller. 2.2.8 The filled dough pipe insert into the forming shutter to form meat bun or filled bread, or cut into sections by cutting device for the steamed brad. 2.2.9 Put the semi-finished products into the proofer for fermentation. 2.2.10 Put the well-fermented products into the steamer for steaming or oven for baking. 2.2.11 After cooling the finished products, then packing. 2.2.12 Put the well-packed finished products onto the trolley into the freezing room (I. Q. F or Spiral freezer) for deep-freezing, until the center temperature reach 180C, it is ready for sell.
