Leaders of different Churches and Missions attended the program and had a greater level of interaction among participants and the resource persons. One-day seminar for South Chennai Pastors Fellowship

was conducted on 8 February which had pastors from various denominations. Prof.S.D.Jeyakumar (CIM) challenged the pastors by the Indian Constitution. He encouraged them to be accountable and faithful in handling finance, maintaining accounts and setting right their records.

The Certificate Course in Christian Management in Basics of Christian Management

was held from 6 -10 February 2012 in New Life College, Bangalore. The Graduating students of M.Div and B.Th courses attended the programme. Resource Persons: Manju George (CA), Varghese Jacob (CIM), Bennet Emmanuel (CIM) and Aby Alexandar (CIM). The topics covered were Introduction to Management, Handling Finances, Dealing with People, Know your legal rights and responsibilities, How to set Goals, Project Management, Resource Mobilisation (Indigenous), Basic steps to Buying and Managing Property, Networking and Partnership, How to start and manage a Trust or Society. The certificates of the course was distributed during the NLC Graduation held on 26 th February 2012.
M.A., MCM, PGDCM in Christian Management - Semester I, III & V Exams are

going on in different centers, across the country.

The Dec-Jan issue underwent several changes in redesigning of the content and style which received several positive feedbacks from leaders. Steps are being taken to improve further the quality in visual presentation and readability. The next issue is a focus on Challenges in Strategic Partnerships between Churches and Missions. Basic Management Handbook Hindi and Tamil translations of the Basic Management Handbook have been completed which will be printed in March. Translations into Telugu and Malayalam will commence from April onwards. Management Devotionals The editing work for the 2 volume of CIM Management Devotional is in progress. 52 new writers are being enlisted for the 2013 Management Devotional.
