SMD ensures that all employees are aware of the various units within the organization as well as names of supervisory persons. The Human Resource Division is responsible for monitoring and when necessary, periodically updating and issuing organization charts.

Traditional methodologies would very soon need to move out as the new breed of pioneering expertise moves in.
