The goals of study are to discover how rape and clover honey influences gastric and hepatic functions with the article presents data showing in the influence of it. d. The research design used according to S. Mladenovs (1974) method regulates the acidity of gastric juice. On investigating physical and chemical qualities of monofloral honey, V. Ceksteryte noticed pH was slightly larger in rape honey (4.3-4.6) than in clover one (4.0-4.3). Threfore it was decided to study the influence ogf the two kinds of monofloral honey on an abnormal acidity of gastric juice, all the more so that we failed to find any information about the influence of monofloral honey on the gastric function in literature. We also investigated the influence ogf monofloral clover honey on the hepatic function. e. The participants in the study are 29 patients who were treated for gastric and duodenum ulcer at the Departement of Gastroenterology, Kaunas Clinical Hospital No.3. f. Results of the examination are presented in tables an this is the explain: - The results of table 1, monofloral rape honey reduce an increased acidity of gastric juice up to a normal gastric pH. The same results, however were observed in the control group as well. Nevertheless, the changes were more notable in the group that was applied rape honey: pH increased for 36,7% in the later, while in the control group- for 22,3%. - Table 2, reflect the influence of clover honey on a reduced acidity of gastric juice. A statisfically reliable pH drop was observed in the group that was applied clover honey, still a normal pH level was not reached. A pH drop, however statisfically unreliable one was observed in the control group as well. - Table 3, shows the dynamics of the main indicators of blood, which reflect the hepatic function, in patients applied clover honey for hepatitis A. the most sensitive indicator reflecting the hepatic ferments function. foe over 10 times and almost reched a normal level (a normal amount of ALT in bloods is 33-117 u./1). Bilirubin, an indicator reflecting the hepatic pigment function, also showed a statistically reliable drop of approximately 3 times (a normal amount bilirubin in blood is 8.6-20.5 micromol,/1). A statistically reliable drop was observed in the remaining indicators (ESR, liver size) too. Such indicators of blood as hemoglobin, WBC, and the amount of glucose remain unchanged by the honey treatment. The conclusions are: 1. Monofloral rape honey is a good means reducing the acidity of gastric juice . 2. Monofloral clover honey raises the acidity of gastric juice better than medicaments. 3. Monofloral clover honey improves the hepatic function of patient ill with hepatitis , and provide a sooner recovering. Based on the conclusion of the study monofloral rape honey is recommended for reducing increased the acidty of gastric juice, its good for treatment. For monofloral clover honey that is better than medicament and that improves the hepatic function of patient hepatitis and provide a sooner recovering, so its good recommended treatment. I think, it was a good research, monofloral rape honey and monofloral clover honey can be an alternative treatment beside medical treatment. Sometimes medical treatment have many effect for our body but with the monofloral, we can minimalize the effects. And ofcourse monofloral is more achievable for all people. Yes, I have. Its very good if we published the study to all people especially for the patients who ill hepatitis and increased gastric juice. And we can make a product from monofloral clover and monofloral rape. We can improves with make another form like tablet or liquid in order to easily for consumed.
