Affidavit of landlord Betty Rose Danielski Dated February 25, 2010 who allegedly initiated foreclosure procedure of her property within months of Andre Murray registering a Mechanics Claim for Lien pursuant to the Mechanics Lien Act which Andre Murray followed with a Notice of Action & Statement of Claim which Process Service of Court Documents Betty Rose Danielski evidentially avoided for six full months. Interesting enough is the fact that since the alleged sale of the property year 2009 Betty Rose Danielski as of April 2012 remains the registered holder of title.Alleged Mortgagee Royal Bank of Canada continues to pursue vacant possession of 29 Marshall Street, Fredericton, N.B. Canada by providing many hearsay Affidavits to Court of Queens Bench of New Brunswick . 29 Marshall Street, Fredericton, N.B. Canada, in blatant violation of the rights/protection guaranteed Andre Murray by The Residential Tenancies Act of New Brunswick.
