Auspicious time for buying a Car In a Horoscope, Fourth house is called Vahana Sthana.

Venus is the planet of Pleasure, Luxury, so naturally Venus become the karaka for the Vehicle. Mars represents the structural aspect of the Vehicle as Mars is for metal, engineering. machine etc. The function of the car or a Vehicle is to transport people, or conveyance. Transportation is the use of the car. Mercury is the planet associated with transportation, short distance travel, Comunication etc. so Mercury also needs to be considered while buying or selling a car. Benefic aspect on the 4th house, 4th lord, or Venus would be very helpful for the purchase of a car when the favourable maha dasa or sub dasa is running, or even by a good planet transit over the 4th house. The association of the benefic planet could be by aspect or conjunction. Please make sure these planets are in direct motion during the time you are buying a car. That is the 4th lord, Venus and Mercury. If those planets are afflicted, the structural and the functional aspect of the car would be seriously affected in the future. The Ascendant at the time of buying the car is also very important to consider. it should be free from afflictions as well. Best Regards S.K.Ramakrishnan
Dear members, i have posted the advanced 4 step theory. kindly mail me for any queries and also suggestions. thank you, shubham bhavatu, dr.rahul. 4 STEP THEORY Generally we find out the significators of each of the 12 bhavas. In the 4 step theory, we find out the planets signifying each bhava. The first step the bhava in which the particular planet is deposited. And the bhava the planet owns. The second step The bhava or house in which the planet's constellation lord resides. And the bhava, which the constellation lord owns. The third step the sub of the planet in the bhava it resides and the bhava it owns. The fourth step the sub's constellation lord in the bhava it resides and the bhava it owns. If there is no planet in the planet's constellation lord, then it becomes powerful significator for the first step. The constellation lord of the planet is a powerful significator in the house in which it resides even though there is

another planet occupying that house. Suppose we want 4 step signification of moon which is placed in the 1st bhava in a Libra ascendant horoscope. Moon 1, 10 ( first step ) Its star lord Venus - 5,1,8 ( second step ) Its sub lord mercury 9,12 ( third step ) Sub lord's star lord mercury 9,12 ( fourth step ) Now let us consider Rahu and Ketu . What do they signify ? Rahu & Ketu are chaya grahas. They do not have own rashis. Both of them are tenants. Rahu & Ketu become significators for those houses when the following circumstances are fulfilled. 1. When a planet has drishti on rahu and ketu. (do not consider ketu's drishti on rahu and vice versa as they are always facing each other.) 2. When a planet does not have drishti on rahu and ketu, consider star lords. 3. Rahu and Ketu also signifies their rashi lords. Please look for the kundali.bmp placed in the files folder while studying the above horoscope.

Dear Naidu ji,

I will explain it in a simple way for you as KP is more complex sytem. It takes time to grasp the subject. I am also using same books that you are using. I will use my chart as an example. I am going through Jupiter mahadasha. Jupiter is in the nakshatra of Mars. Mars rules 2nd house and 9th house and is placed in the 11th house. So we will say jupiter during its mahadasha will give the following house results: 11th house, 2nd house, 9th house Jupiter rules 1st house and 10th house and is placed in 11th house. I do not have any other planet in my chart in jupiter's nakshatra. So jupiter will also be responsible for delivering 1st house, 10th house and 11th house results. If we include these houses also in our list. Then jupiter during its mahadasha will give the following house results: 11th house, 2nd house, 9th house, 1st house, 10th house

You can do this analysis for each planet in your chart. The list of a planet that contains 8th or 12th house will generally cause some kind of loss during their dashas. I consider 5th, 6th and 8th house as good under certain circumstances and bad under other circumstances. It depends on my judgement during analysis. My advise to you is just do a thorough reading of these books 3, 4 times, then you will learn it. KP system and the usage of nakshatras and subs is more complex. Not everybody will be able to learn it. Regards G. Singh
