Speakers Information Speaker 1 Name of the speaker: CA PREETI PURI Topic of the presentation: RECONSIDERING ETHICS MANAGEMENT Objectives of the presentation: The objective of this study is to analyze as to how a shift in assumptions regarding ethics program can be done so that ethics program can run successfully in business organization. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study has been that ethics should be part of everyday business practice and not mere compliance with legislation and regulations. To break out the compliance mindset it is necessary to consider again why business organizations exist in the first place. To many the answer would be : business exist to make profit. People care about profit , salaries , bonuses, cars because they want to live a certain kind of life. Money gives people a sense of identity and make them feel valued and respected. The irony is that many people lose themselves ,destroy their relationships and harm their communities in the single minded pursuit of money. We therefore need to rethink the relationships between peoples sense of themselves ,their identity the things they value in life. The messsge is companies that last are built on a central and enduring set of CORE MORAL VALUES . The way forward is that business ethics should become everyday business of businesses to achieve the ultimate goal of all business related activity that is ENHANCEMENT OF LIFE .

Topic of the presentation: Explicating Customer Satisfaction: A Survey on Private Commercial Banks Objectives of the presentation: The main objectives of the study are : To identify and analyze the influence of service quality on customers in private commercial banks in Delhi. To identify the most influential factors of service quality. To analyze the gaps between expectations and perceptions of saving bank account holders with Private Commercial Banks bank in North Delhi Conclusion: The dimension empathy has highest average gap score 2.26 After the adjustment with weights, the score is 0.271 which is not the greatest score anymore. On the basis of weighted score, the dimension responsiveness got the highest score (.382). It means that the performance of the bank in this category is not up to the mark. If the gap score reduces gradually, the service quality improves leading to more customer satisfaction.

Speaker 3 Name of the speaker: Nidhi Sinha Topic of the presentation: Developing Consumer-Brand Synergy using the Knowledge scores Objectives of the presentation: For the purpose of this research study we analyse the improvement in Consumer brand knowledge by exposure of the consumer to a corporate blog. Conclusion: 1. A positive correlation was observed between Degree of variation in Consumer Brand knowledge and Internet usage rate. 2. No significant correlation could be observed between Degree of Variation in Consumer Brand Knowledge and original (pre) level of CBK. 3. A positive correlation is observed between Degree of Variation in CBK and interactivity score.

Objectives of the presentation: The objective is to retrieve the video from the database by any object. Firstly the video is divided into frames (images). The object is separated from the image by the segmentation of the image. The segmented object is a part of image. Feature is extracted from the segmented image (object) by using the Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT). SIFT features are used to find the key points from the images. Conclusion : In the proposed method video retrieval is based on object. The object is detected by the segmentation. SIFT algorithm is applied to the object. The object is invariant to illumination changes.

To know opinion towards package size, offers, type of products and purpose of usage for various brands of bambino

To know about problems faced by customer and come out with suggestions for further improvements.

Conclusion: The study indicates those childrens and youngster are more interested towards convenience food. Instant mix food would be having high potential for growth due to time and effort saving in todays busy life.
