Fine & Visual Motor:
Demonstrates a digital pronate (3-3) or static tripod grasp (by 3) Cuts paper in half with scissors Copies circle Completes 3-4 piece puzzle Imitates structures using 3-4 blocks Matches non-identical items/pictures from an array of 10 with 3 similar stimuli
Behavior
Verbal Behavior:
Names the color, shape, and function of 5 objects when each object and question is presented in a mixed order Names 4 different prepositions Spontaneously asks for different verbal information using a Wh- question or question word Politely asks to stop an undesirable activity, or remove any aversive stimulus
Expressive Language:
Combines 3-5 words to communicate Asks a variety of questions Begins to talk about activities at school or at friends homes Consistently uses grammatical forms of possessive s, present progressive ing, and simple past tense
Self Care:
Independently pulls down pants Zips & unzips jacket once on track Lifts open cup to drink with 1 hand
Listener Responding:
Selects items by color and shape from an array of 6 similar stimuli, for 4 colors and 4 shapes Follows instructions involving 6 different prepositions and 4 different pronouns
Gross Motor:
Catches large ball Throws tennis ball 5 to 7 feet overhand with one hand Jumps forward 24 inches Jumps down from 18 inch surface Rides a tricycle Balances on one foot for 3 seconds Walks on tiptoes distance of 8 ft. Climbs jungle gyms and ladders Jumps off floor with both feet Walks up stairs without support, placing 1 foot on each step
Independent Play:
Spontaneously engages in pretend or imaginary play Repeats a gross motor play behavior to obtain a better effect for 2 activities
