The aim of the project is to give the output of the analog input in the form of speech for this we are using 8086 Microprocessor, Analog to Digital converter, Digital to Analog converters and 8255 programmable peripheral interface. It gives the output in the range of 0 to 255 mill volts. This project is less cost and this software is useful in many areas like Robotics and industrial areas.

Project Description:
Continuously monitoring of the surface metrological parameters play a major role in the weather Prediction and forecasting. Getting the continuous accurate data is crucial task in the meteorological dept. It collects the weather parameters like atmospheric temperature, Relative Humidity, Atmospheric Pressure, Wind speed, Wind direction and rain fall continuously at user specified / set time Interval. System runs with solar power panel. The collected data send to central place by using GSM modem for analysis & dissemination.
