Introduction
This text is not for those that believe their definition of reality is the right one. This text is for those of you whom have discovered who they are and what they believe to be real is in fact not real This text is for those of you whom have realized that all actions done by you and all words spoken by you up to this moment, have made and will make equal impact to the same 'reality' without your explicit, specific and personal interaction with the outside world. This text is not presented as fact, but as a workable model. The concepts presented here are a mind method in by reading it and utilizing it as a method of thinking, you can look at life with new eyes and then decide what is real or not for yourself. How you have discovered that you are not real is not the theme of this book. I suggest, reading this book with an 'empty mind'. Take a deep breath, removing all common definitions you may have of reality. Infact, get used to the idea of remaking key definitions in your world. By doing this, you can align your mind with your body (align ungrounded flow with a steady constant) and in this, become real totally; not just a portion, but 100%. If you're reading this book without the realization that life as you see it is not real (the key words in that last half sentence is 'as you see it') then I suggest while reading this text - defend what you think you may see or perceive as real and make your world as you see it, a concrete realization.

The Image Reality What is reality?


In order to explain the concept of the 'Image Reality' I must first explain why reality must be redefined. Reality must be redefined because what you or I perceive as 'reality' ('perceive' being the key word) is not reality. For a person's concept of reality to be 'real', Reality must be defined by actual experience. To redefine 'experience' - experience is what you have actually done. On a more essential plane, not only what have actually done but what actually happens to the body without interpretation by or through perceived emotional experience; direct bodily experience separate from emotion. There is no happy, there is no sad, there is only what is done. Emotionally charged experiences requires that the charge be released at some point in the same way it was charged but in reverse, like in an electrical circuit. Knowledge is what you have read or what someone has told you or a description of what you have seen, heard, tasted, touched or smelled. Knowledge (if tested, tried and lived) can become experience, but knowledge in and of itself is not experience. Experience is the act of actually doing or the actually done thing that can only be known, felt and communicated by, through, within and as - the body. Because of our highly false society where words are not lived but rather words are used to convince others what is 'real', I have need to double affirm (and sometimes triple affirm) words, in order to reach the same effect in comparison to these words being used alone. Eg. Real is 'real' so I shouldn't have to say very real or really real or real reality; I shouldn't even have to say adlib word structures like: actual experience or living knowledge. It has become common practice in this world to lie and deceive or exaggerate in order to convince what is real; therefore words, like knowledge, have become useless and without meaning. 'Words' are a product of knowledge - as description for experience. The primary mind (or 'Image Reality' as defined in the chapter of the same name) operates in words which is knowledge. The mind can be trained to create and conjure really real physical real things (mind the pun). This can only be achieved by self-purification, meaning to purify the definition of reality, the self-proven meaning of each word, in the 'primary mind' and creating syncronicity with what is outside (as proven knowledge from individual experience from the bodies' perspective) to what is in (that which has no grounding in actual, experience based reality). Understand, we can never really know what is real using the mind, regardless of perceived control over our reality, because what we think is real can only ever be what we think is real. Ultimately the very word that defines what we think is real (reality) is a description of 'life as it is lived in the moment' and not actually 'life as it is lived in the moment'. Words are inadequate to explain action. Action is action. Words are our first 'giving up' of responsibility of life; with words we operate 'action' like we do a television remote control, pushing buttons/words to achieve a desired outcome and experience. A mind that thinks in experience (living words) and not in knowledge is the practical result of *doing* or living my words (aka "I live my words. I do what I say I will do.") This is the first step of taking responsibility for your life and the world as a whole. Try repeating the words "I live my words" 200 times aloud before breakfast and watch yourself command yourself (using the remote control) to stop using commands to command yourself

(a destroying self-destructive behavior exercise). You are not a slave; do not treat yourself as one, as if you were on a throne in a strict hierarchical empire following strict rules within your kingdom of kingdoms within the mind, operating your body by remote control (unproven, separate, dead words). Rebel against yourself. Rebel against who you were trained to think to be. Reprogram your mind. Think in real. As long as we use words and pictures as words only to relay an expression of reality, there is nothing real to us. I am not real, you are not real. Our bodies are real but the word 'body' is an explanation and description for 'actual body as it is felt' in the mind reality and not actually 'actual body as it is felt'. Actual body is not a picture or a word. My tactile world, that's the real world. Body is what we feel; what feels is real. The only language that we ALL speak honestly (and without misinterpretation or chance of being misunderstood) is ACTION. "You shall know them by their fruits" - means, you shall know them by what they actually do with what they've got. *Doing* or ACTION is 'speaking in tongues' (speaking many languages at once with everyone's crystal clarity comprehension). Our present reality is a world where procrastination is King and kind, Action is the forgotten language. In a world of the computerized, the auto mechanical, the mechanical and the machinated; we have forgotten how to do, how to live, and we have forgotten how to breathe.

Breathe
Breath is the connection between body and mind. Many masters/gurus/senseis and teachers have said this. In other words, breath is the connection between experience (what is felt) and knowledge (description of what is felt). Forget all exercises you have ever learned for self-improvement and just remember this one and teach it to yourself continually (as, knowledge of the experience of this exercise without practicing it as an actual experience is useless). Everything you have ever learned or accomplished happened while you were breathing. Breath is the creator. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Breathe In - 1 2 3 4 (Count in your mind) Hold - 1 2 3 4 Breathe Out - 1 2 3 4 Hold - 1 2 3 4 Repeat steps 1-4 for the remainder of your life.

Start with dedicating an hour of a day to focusing on your breath. Then do a day in a week, then a couple of days a week, until the meditation becomes 'who you are'. Do anything while doing the breath exercize. DO NOT - SIT DOWN AND DO NOTHING WHILE DOING THIS. You want to increase focus in your day to day, not in your nothing to nothing. This will make you see things you have never seen them before in yourself and in the outside world. This will give you abilities you never before felt possible. As suppressions rise (they will) continue focusing on breath and allow your real self to take control of your life and the directions you move. The exercise itself is unimportant. The result/bi-product/outcome of actually doing this simple breath counting throughout your day is: increased focus on what you are actually/physically doing. Focusing on breath is in essence harnessing the mind's eye to look at reality from reality's point of view. This is the simple method to making yourself real. If you wish a more thorough and complex explanation/solution to your life and the drama of it then please read on. All I can tell you is that the answer lies in actually doing something, in actually moving, and the focus on this.

Too many of us have self-created dungeons of knowledge that encase us and therefore we restrict our capability. Knowledge must be lived in order for it to have residual effect over and beyond the cycles of consciousness/'conscious existence'.

The Emotional Reality must be accountable


The Love of Money is the root of all evil says the Bible in James. Well I say, the love of judgment is the rot at the core of all failed expansions. Judgments and definitions create limitations. These are what we deem necessary limitations in order to perceive comparison and gain a higher footing than another or than a previous time. This is the core of the creation of the illusion of progress that we are so involved in. Yet, all we are doing is limiting ourselves in a self-consuming spiral that knows no boundary to it ending its further and further judgment its further and further miniaturization. What is a fence today, will be a fence tomorrow. A fence is always a fence. A fence is not a dandelion. The emotional world must be held accountable with stable definitions in order for us to gain certain footing in our feelings and truly progress instead of having created the illusion of progress with a lesser and a greater and hierarchy that does not exist in the natural world. Instead of further limiting our definitions of reality by further defining them with an inward spiraling circuit system of emotional feel good lets set the emotional definitions within as final and watch the system of scarcity we have so well created as a prison around us in this world become a gift of abundance for all in equality.

The Human Mind


As people we have become dormant. We have taken our creative powers and turned them inwards. We have forgotten how to live and to remember: we must *do*. The internet and the computer are lauded as a 'new' 'free' domain. These new means and forms of expressing our desires require that we leave our bodies at the door. In light of experience based knowledge, I fail to see how this is freedom. The invention of the internet and other virtual worlds are the last resort of the fearful lords, kings, gods, bankers in physically forced power at this point in time. This power was gained through force, using fear of death dangled in our faces through the machinations of a corrupt money system. The power of this world requires our participation in it for its never ending cycle to perpetuate. The 'new web world' presented to us by the powers of this world, keep our focus inside our heads - making our bodies dosile, and keeping our collective mind bound. This is a deliberately created escape/barring from accountability of the tactile world. This web world is a world that is perfect blind deaf and incapable of physical interraction with the outside world - the real world, where life actually happens.

The Start
All realisations must be made by you. A realisation cannot be told to you. Once you have read this book, you will then have to go out and test it in experience for you to have the realisations that the text describes. I can only describe a realisation to you. You can only live realisation and experience for yourself.

Purification of your perception is a key to your truth.

Live Your Dreams


I invite you to write revisions of this text. All ownership of knowledge is illusory. Everyone is equal in capability when all stand in experience and read from the same book called the mind. All truths are available to all through experience. Force self into experiences you don't know and discover a new world, new self -worth, and abilities in yourself you never conceived personally possible. All experiences of physical hardship expand the bandwidth of personal focus. Experience expands the mind and helps the blind person to see. When the mind is purified to only see what is physically possible according to that person's individual actual physical experiences then, in honest conversation, one person can transfer an experience to another as if the other was experiencing it his or herself. This can be tested in the ability to complete a skill or activity exactly as said by another and immediately be competent at the skill explained. This is what is possible by honing a personal ability to focus and being honest with yourself. To 'really do' something using the mind requires for your minds definitions to be aligned with what is actually real. Fantasy, movies, internet, and other alternate realities have removed our ability to live our words and focus our minds.

Live your words. Live your definitions. Live self honestly. Create reality in mind in order to create your dreams.

The Working Concept of the Three Realities


The Three realities in this mind method/structure is representative of the three minds: 1. The Primary Mind - Conscious mind - Thinking Mind - Cycling mind - Speaking mind 2. The Secondary Mind - Subconscious or beneath conscious mind 3. The actual physical reality - Human physical body These three minds are congruent with the following mind methods: 1. The Image Reality - The Primary Mind 2. The Ego Reality - The Secondary Mind 3. Action as it is being done - The moment, the physical mind which is the physical reality The three realities can be further distinguished like so: 1. The Image Reality - The initial information that is captured by the mind in the memory for later use for the purpose of operating more effectively in a future situation of the same resonance - for a similar circumstance/situation. 2. The Ego Reality - The reality which is perceived by tone of voice, body or finity of movement (including dynamic of appearance), choice of words/vocabulary (including points of accentuation and emphasis in particular sounds in specific words), accentuated movements of the hands and extremities to allay different forms and project images using the body for the purpose of being a 'better' being, for the purpose and aim of winning the game (the game of egos, or war). The focus of the ego reality is to be 'right', Sometimes this can be refined in a woman style ego/personality as to be 'beautiful'. 3. The Action reality - action as it is actually being done, eg. in the moment you are moving you are aware that you are moving. The action reality is the only real reality. The image reality comes first as all ego is reactive to the information that was stored in memory. The image reality is the filter that all sensatory information goes through before meeting the personality store or 'Ego Reality'. It can be likened to a self-preservation mechanism inbuilt to protect the person's mind from changing and in this case, preventing your mind from seeing reality as it really is. The ego reality 'commands the ship' using the belief system, 'I am in control'. This belief structure is based upon self-delusional 'facts' created from a reaction to information stored in the filter/'Image Reality' as memory. *Action* is to be realized as the source of superior information as experience based information is the only reliable source for reference material for conceiving a 'grand plan' or an intricate design or an inevitable future-scape (no future is 'the future' as the future itself is a concept, mind creation and product of the image reality and the ego's belief it can apparently be in 'control' by apparently knowing the future (a non-existing concept)). All things can be changed at the action reality level. It requires forgiving yourself for, forgetting and discarding who you think you are - that being: characters in a finite movie script in consciousness based upon the image reality and ego reality as reactive to the information ingrained in memory through childhood or through pain-staked personal re-programming).

The Image Reality


The image reality is the conscious existence as the information that comes and goes at different intervals in the mind. Do you ever wonder why particular childhood experience come to mind and you don't see any conscious relevance to this experience information and the reality you perceive to be in front of you? Have you ever studied your dreams so closely to the point where you realize that all dreams are a mish mash of information and the fact that I receive value from it is because my ego reality wants to make sense of it as a meaningful thing? (Which is relatable to superstition, and then religion as birthed from organized belief structures grown as if tall trees from the roots of superstition). Have you ever questioned the validity of the information you personally place value on at different intervals of the day? Have you ever taken the time to change yourself? Change the reality by changing the definitions of reality. Ego/Personality acts as a puppet to the information it reacts to. Learn what does what in your mind. You can start by writing your life on paper. A simple writing exercise: Do this exercise to refresh your memory and invigorate you reality that has been defined for you through your childhood and through your government/country (nationalism)/planet etc. 1. Write down everything you are aware of down to 100 things. 2. Say out loud (do this in a private space or with someone you trust) "I am ..." for everything on your list. 3. Count slowly to ten in mind with an in breath and hold for four seconds. 4. Go back to work, school, watching TV, whatever it is that you do. To give an example of what you might write down: 1. Light 2. Chair 3. Feel of the leather on my bare legs. 4. Sand on my shoes. 5. Fridge running full bore on a hot day. 6. My partners red face. 7. The funny face of the computer game character in the game I was playing when I was a kid at age ten after having a fight with my sister over a rubber band that we both thought we owned.

Add anything to the list as they come up, your personal reality and what you are aware of in a moment is not strictly limited to what you perceive as your immediate surrounding objects but what takes your awareness in the moment. We do this exercise to address these self-programmed distractions as they come up and then when saying, 'I am sand in my shoes' by 'owning up to it' you 'own' the reaction and thereby stop its control over your focus. Your ability to focus is power. Your focus is your ability to be in the moment of the action. Increase personal limitations by increasing your self-willed duration of focus. Increase focus bandwidth by removing anger, angry instructions or angry memories from the primary mind. Anger weighs the self-down and produces judgement which perpetuates the production of yet more anger. Anger as an emotion clouds focus. Anger makes people stupid and causes them to be controlled without any real effort. The skilled manipulator of the public sees the energy for what it is and directs it. Moving the people involved with the anger as an flooding torrent of iron magma. Anger's aim is to come out, it just wants to be expressed/outed, anger suppression causes pain, most people avoid that. Allow yourself to exist, don't judge yourself to exist. It just doesn't work. Anger in its many subtle forms is source to ego.

The Ego Reality


The ego reality is where emotions run rampant. The ego reality is dependent on the creation of a mythical substance called 'energy' in order for it to exist. This energy powers the ego reality and it is expressed in many forms to perform the purpose of creating an 'individual'. The need/desire to stand and to be separate to distingquish self from the rest of he herd is product of the ego reality. Some egos hang together to create groups of the same type of egos. This can be a religion, a secret society, a shared action, anything that is done with two or more people and with these groups of egos more energy can be created for the purpose of creating inequality to compete in the game of mind. Money is a direct physical manifestation of the mythical energy that was created in the mind to develop and control the human body using ego. Money itself is an idea and requires our participation within it for it to have relevance to our reality or for it to exist. We created ego because at a point in time the balance was broken and like a guitar string or sine wave it has reached an extreme fluctuation creating a negative and a positive. The time for ego will pass but if you want something from the mind money reality then you will have to practice focus to play the game right and see where your original childhood programming is restricting you from progressing as you perceive it (as all perception of progress is just that, perception of progress) to greater heights in the mind money hierarchical focused world. It is a flaw to have an ego but for the body to survive within the life of civilization an egos/personalities use is justified by the user. User. Like heroin. We use information we react to in ego to define and identify our individuality.

The Action Reality (action itself)


Action in the moment of action. The stopping of useless unlived words and conversations and doing exactly only what you can do. I know that sounds ludicrous but it's all about doing what you already can do, well and focused, in order for us to develop, a greater spectrum of abilities. I stand where I am (stand up and do something). I do what I can. I speak what I am. The process of becoming more and more the living word, syncronizing what you say with what you do (and thereby training your mind to think in action) is the most rewarding path once realized. The word 'action' is not valid because action is not being done when it is said. Thereby words are not adequate. The only way to prove your ego and your thoughts are not real is by testing them and trying them and proving them by doing them. And if you can't do it, delete it because its not real. As you become honest with yourself, as you see what is actually happening - the importance of removing what is not real from your mind is realised with urgency. As culturing this information and ego that is not real only proves inevitably to restrict and not give an advantage (as the ego reality perceives itself to be giving an advantage for the purpose of 'getting ahead'). There is no 'getting ahead' in the real world as we and everything in our existence is one and equal. Remember equality. The ego reality justifies itself with itself. Logic generated as a reaction to knowledge as the ego is justified to be right by itself, by using knowledge provided by the same ego, which was again reaction to knowledge which is the creation of ego. The ego reality justifies hierarchical values with the need for hierarchical structure as prerequisite for it existing.

What to do now

Write down your biggest dream.

Plot the steps to accomplish it.
