The researchers used personal examples, anecdotes, and cases to communicate their range of experience as a consultant, trainer and researcher as well. Implementing a new instructional method, on how leadership team spearheading an organization to improve the campaign, and a leader is undertaking the restructuring of a district, and how a clear vision make a starting point to change. Introduction: Leaders have been described as a painters of vision and architects of journey. They are the trailblazers and dreamers of the desired future. Their dream is to change the world of their organization, their nation or the planet earth. And the core of the leaders vision is a positive belief and conviction that life can and will be made better by taking a new path. One element of such a context identified by Boyd (1992) is a widely shared sense of purpose or vision. An organizations vision is an important component in the change process. Visions underlie and underpin all leadership. Leadership begins when a vision emerges. The writer of the Book of Proverbs says, Where there is a vision the people perish. (Proverbs 29:18). It means that when there is no vision, the people cast off restraints. People drift into a pointless, meaningless, listless existence if there is no captivating vision, if there are no goals, no plans for the future. Bruno Avolio, who considered as an international expert in the area of assessing and developing transformational leadership, both at an individual, team and strategic level whose been focuses on the leadership concept and framework that presents and supports with theories, different experiences that he had the opportunity to deal with and real life examples that he develops and analyzes during his time. In 1863, the leaders in America were emancipated that Warren Bennis and Burt Nanus made a serious study of work patterns of ninety prominent leaders. It is interesting for them to give a global approach and explanation about the leadership concept, in terms of key variables that could intervene within different models or leaders. Covington Crutchfield Company develops creative thinking targeting specific groups in particular settings using instructional materials specially prepared for the purpose, they stimulates their study led to the discovery of an important common denominator ----- that all these leaders have a compelling vision, a realistic dream about their work. They

consider leadership as a system, not only a process of person, with particular emphasis on the context which leader and follower interact and are embedded over time. These leaders are the most result-oriented individuals in the world, and results get attention.... their visions or intensions are compelling and pull people toward them. Intensity coupled with commitment is magnetic. Vision grabs. True leadership is developed and sustained by the leaders vision. Without one, no leader could reach his full leadership potential. According to Anthony D Souza, If an organization has a clear sense of mission and vision for the future, people exhibit great courage and vitality. He says that leaders vision makes the unreachable be reachable and moving towards the future of worthwhile challenge. He also relates the leadership system and its impact in organization. He defends that when a leadership system is optimized, it in turn optimizes the vital force of each individual, thereby enhancing the collective force of the entire organization. Leaders recognize that great dreams and ground visions are not realized merely through the actions of the leader. A vision must be clearly articulated and shared. For the followers to give credence to the leaders direction, they must understand the vision, too. The involvement interaction and mobilization of others is the key to making those dreams and visions into significant realities. We must believe that a shared vision is the magnetic force that attracts people to it and aligns them in the same direction, gives meaning and purpose to their life and work and provides the motivating environment for excellence and creates a challenging, empowering organization rather than a stifling dehumazing one. Leader aims to develop each ones leadership potential by referring to the key variables, principles that leadership is based and by sharing some examples when leadership is enhanced.

The vision must be shared so that it could be grasped not only the leaders but by the followers as well. Without a shared vision, there would be no common direction. Thus, leadership depends on how well the leader moves the group towards the fulfilment of the real needs of the people in the group. Leaders keep their eyes on high goals. They strive to make the efforts of their followers and give contribute to the environment of personality, the achievement of more abundant living for all the improvement of civilization.

Introduction: Texting is fine, but it depends! Today and technology is at its peak! The recent increase in Short Messaging System (SMS) text messaging, often using abbreviated, non-conventional textisms in school-aged children has raised fears of negative consequences of such technology for literacy. The current research used a paradigm developed by Dixon and Kaminski who showed that exposure to phonetically plausible misspellings. Negatively affected subsequent spelling performance, through this was true only with adults, not children. The current research extends misspellings and correctly spelled words an adults spelling. Cell phones of varied units spread out briskly all over the country so that even the young have this very wonderful gadget, and some of us even of two or three, making it first in rank of personal belongings of a person. That reason behind, of course, is our loved ones and we can be informed of all things through a call or text message. We should not let our children text with incorrect spelling for it only hampers the spelling ability of our children. Likewise, in answering our message, we should be trying our words correctly in such a manner that the correct spelling ability is reinforced. They believed that doing such is fine, hence implanting their minds what is right promotes a life-long learning ability since they are at stage of rapid development. The used of textisms can improve literacy among learners by giving them extra exposure toward composition outside the school today, it was claimed. The conductions come despite fears that the use of abbreviations such as CU, L8R, and GR8 can undermine childrens reading and writing. Professors have suggested that text messaging can blur the boundaries between colloquialisms and Standard English, with some teachers claiming that slang

is now creeping into childrens school work was no evidence that access to mobile phones harmed childrens literacy skills and could even have a positive impact on spelling in the latest study, teachers recruited 114 children age nine and 10 from primary schools in the midlands. They then literate that the correct spelling policy in communicating with our children be adopted. Let us all do it, for the sake of our children!
