8/2009-3/2012 Material Buyer Schuck & Sons Construction Company -Glensdale, Az Responsible to procure building materials for construction of new residential and commercial buildings. This included finding all materials at the lowest cost and maintaining optimal inventory levels for production for all yard and field operations.

8/2005-8/2009 General Manager Schuck & Sons Construction Company G-L Industries Inc. Magna, UT I relocated to Magna Utah to operate one of Schuck & Sons Subsidiaries. G-L Industries produced 8 million in sales per year of manufactured Laminated Timbers. The company employeed 2 offfice staff and 45 manufacturing employees.My duties as General Manager Included the day to day running and decision making for the business and manufacturing. I was also responsible for all office duties including the following. Payroll, Taxes, Accounts Payable, Account Recievable, Logistics, Safety and was a board member with the American Institute of Timber Construction which is a quality assurance agency. The company was sold due to the downturn in the Arizona market. I again relocated back to Arizona and continued working with Schuck & Sons Construction.

Night Shift Manager

My duties as night Manager were to oversee all operations of our 26 acre facility which included 90 employees in 4 different departments. The Saw Department cut lumber for the manufacturing of wooden trusses. The Truss

Department who manufactured the wooden trusses. The Lumber Yard that pulled material and loaded it onto trucks to be delivered to jobsites the next morning. The door shop which assembled interior and exterior doors for residential and commercial buildings. I made sure that all departments manufactured a quality product and that all production levels were at optimal levels. I reported all night activity directly to the Vice President and General Manager.

Production and Quality Assurance Manager

Schuck & Sons Construction Company As manager i created an maintained a Production and Quality Assurance Program for each of the 4 manufacturing departments at Schuck & Sons. My duties included 5 daily inspections in each department as well as training material and assisting with hands on training in the manufacturing areas. I collected and compiled all quality findings into a Access program from which i made charts and graphs to share with the department managers. I also collected and maintained all daily production and held each of the departments responsible to hit production goals 1/1997-1/2001 Truss Plant Supervisor

Schuck & Sons Construction Company I supervised a truss assembly crew of 90+ employees.During this time we were building 20-30 houses per day. My duties included handing out work to each crew leadman and keeping delivery schedules met. I was responsible for safety, productivity, quality, attendance, and hiring. 1/1992-1/1997 Saw Department Supervisor

Schuck & Sons Construction Company I supervised a crew of 26 employees. My duties included passing work out to maintain a tight schedule. To have material sorted out and put away in a storage area for assembly at a later time. Keep track of sawyers production and quality records. Maintenance which included changing 6 blades on each of our 4 saws weekly. Attendance and merit.

Schuck & Sons Construction Company I ran a crew of 5 employees. I was responsible to bring material in to my assembly area and set up trusses in front of my crew. I had to keep production records and maintain high quality.

Schuck & Sons Construction Company Got my start with Schuck & Sons as a sawman cutting wood. i was required to be there everyday on time, know how to read a tape measure and read a protractor. I was responsible for maintaining production levels and ensuring that all material was cut correct the first time.
