Gary, before I decide whether I want this item to be a formal "Director Request", are you saying that without "formulating a process" and tasking staff with research -- a yes or no answer to this question is something you, the superintendent, do not know? You don't know whether there have been any other District-involved or District-initiated investigations (regardless of type) that are occurring or have occurred absent any contact or involvement with Risk Pool -- the type of Risk Pool involvement that triggers your obligation to notify the board of the situation -- at any of our schools during this current school year?
