REPORT ON QUALITY OF WORK LIFE AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE Aim: The aim for research is to get the information

about the Quality of wo rk life of employees of organizations. Objective: To know the effect of organization culture on work life of e mployees and to know organizations Ethos. To know the organizations climate. Process: As I have to do research on Quality of work life of organizati onal culture I went to some organizations and met HR Managers and talked with th em about my research and told them to help for it and he took me met his employe es and I do my research on them by asked them to fill my Questionnaire and also asked them, some questions as Interview schedule. I took 30 respondents as samp le for my research program of different organizations and I selected simple rand om method for my research. _ TOOLS OF DATA COLLECTION: -Questionnaire - Interview schedule _SOURCES: -Primary Source

-Secondary Source _RESEARCH METHODOLOGY: -Social Group -Social case work -Social action Observations: As I went to organizations I observed many things of employee s they were like: -Behavior of the employees in the organizations, toward their work is ver y honest and they do work which is very satisfactory. -Their communication with each other and also with outsider is very good. -Their views for higher level employees is very good. -Operating system in the organization is very good so that employees can do work comfortably Learning: _There is Grievance handling program are organize in most of the organiza tions and most of the employees of the organizations are satisfied with this typ e of program, this program conducted mostly for every 3 years. _ There is training program is also conducted in every organizations for the development of their employees. They give training to their employees as and when they start their job and also give it regularly when they needed. They giv es on the job and off the job training they are like: -Orientation training -job instruction training -Apprentice training -job rotation -Lecture -Role playing etc _ The Welfare Facilities provided by the companies like: Statutory and non statutory facilities: -Canteen -Craches -Water -Washing facilities

-Employee referral skill -Employee assistant program -flexi time -Transportation -Education etc _ Organizations also provided some incentives to motivate their employees t hey are Financial as well as non financial: -Bonus -Prizes -Holidays - Merchandize -Promotion -Awards -Appraisal -Recognition etc _ Organizations also provide some safety and health kind of working condition s to their employees they are like: -Rest and Pauses -Physical safety -Fire safety - Clinic facilities etc _ Organizations appraise their employees performance on the basis of some parameter s they are like: -Quality of output -Quantity of output -Timeliness of output -Presence at work -Cooperativeness etc Critical Evolution: As per my view, _Organizations should develop some on the jog as well as off the job training so that employees can develop their views about organization and can get more and more knowledge about how to behave in organization, hoe to perform their work an d also can get more knowledge about technical parts also so that they can broade r their knowledge. _Employees are motivated by non financial instruments so organizations have to g ive them some incentives so that they motivated and do work honestly and perform in better way. _Organizations welfare facilities are better. These are all about my research which I conducted on Q uality of work life and organizations culture. Thank you.
