Preparing pre-commissioning documents/checklists & necessary support for commissioning activities. Engineer - Distribution Management Services / Rural Electrification Department, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), Gaya Key Deliverables Liaising with respective State Electricity Boards, Agencies as well as other authorities like Railways, Roadways, Irrigation & Telecommunication, etc. Preparing amendments & revised cost estimates as required during project implementation. Processing & finalizing erection, freight & insurance bills during project execution. Managing operations of theft cell at Power Grid, Gaya and maintaining a track of theft & damaged material during project implementation. Monitoring daily progress of the executed work at various sites. Major Projects Executed: Electrification of 2059 villages in Gaya district (Bihar). Construction & erection of 33/11 KV new Power Sub-Station (8), augmentation in 33/11 KV existing Power SubStation (7),11/0.4 KV Distribution Sub-Stations, 132 KV, 33 KV, 11 KV & .4 KV transmission & distribution line network as well as service connection up to consumer premises. Testing & commissioning of field equipment in 33/11 KV Sub-Station like 5MVA, 3.15 MVA, 200 KVA, 100 KVA Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Isolators & Lightning Arrester etc. Civil foundations at 33/11 KV Sub-Station & at sites.

Noteworthy Attainments: Coordinated with the respective agencies to enhance their efficiency, assigned responsibilities/duties to the agencies, interacted directly with sub-vendors & supervisors to reach the bottleneck quickly thereby reacting against it effectively, paying frequent visits to the site so as to know the actual status of work executed.
