Custom Beat (summary)

(This option refers to any beat produced via suggested terms i.e. you contact me and
express as best you can what type of beat you would like e.g. emotionally sad/happy,
upbeat/Energetic, G'd up(gangster type),provocative, aggressive, humorous etc

You can also request specific instruments to be included. The more information you
can give me the easier ill find it to authenticate your request.

Standard price for each (non custom) beat with full exclusive rights = £300

Additional fees include:

1 £100

This option entitles the buyer to receive any beat for sale of there choice along with –
ALL verses, hooks, bridges intro and outro written, AND recited by myself.

2 £50

This option entitles the buyer to receive any beat for sale of there choice along with –
ALL verses, hooks, bridges intro and outro written, but NOT performed/recited by
myself.

Custom Beat Purchases

+£25

If you wish to purchase a custom beat with any of the above charges it is an
additional £50 i.e. selecting option 1 from above = £300(standard price) + £100(option 1) +
£50(custom beat)
 Non-exclusive Purchases

Standard price for each (non custom) beat with non exclusive rights = £150

Additional fees include:

2 £25

This option entitles the buyer to receive any beat for sale of there choice along with –
ALL verses, hooks, bridges intro and outro written but NOT recited by myself.

Custom Beat Purchases

If you wish to purchase a custom beat with any of the above Non-exclusive
charges it is an additional £25 i.e. selecting option 2 from above = £150(standard price) +
£25(option 2) + £25(custom beat) =£200

Additional-Additional fees include

Mixing / Engineering / Editing / Mastering

(This option may include actions such as vocal levelling, equalization editing with effect/enhancements
& sampling down vocals to selected beats made by me or by any other hard working producer. Breach
of copyright is forbidden… (seek usage advice before you request my services as I will request proof).
 Album Creation
(With or without hooks (only) written/recited by myself verses intro &outro would cost an additional
£20 per track written/recited)

With optional choice of custom beats / other productions where by you have been granted full official
permission or can prove you are in no way breaching copyright laws (follow link below for further
details).

HOW TO PURCHASE

• Simply select the price plan(s) from above and send your request directly to
Shadow.x@live.co.uk or call on 07515 656 747 (business calls only) stating
your full name Address email address and contact number.

• Quote exactly which number(s) from the price list above you'd like to
purchase.

• There will be an additional one off payment of £5 required for postage and
packaging.
• Directly after you have made your requested purchase(s) You shall then
receive a tagged full length low quality version of your choice via email, along
with an unsigned copy of the appropriate binding contract. .

• Once the copy of the contract has been received fully signed (photo copies do not
apply and are not accepted if so, any all further business will be terminated) and full
payment has been accounted for (please allow for up to 3working days for
verification process to be complete if payments is made via postal order or
cheque)

• You shall then be sent an email confirmation, verifying that payment was
successful and that your 1 package containing 1 data cd with 1 zip file of a
high quality and untagged wav & mp3 format version of your purchase(s).Is
on its way to you, via the given address.

• Should you fail to return the binding contract within 7 working days or should
Payment fail to be confirmed, within the 7days then I shall regrettably have no
choice but to suspend any purchases and possibly any further business with
you and the purchase you have made will be re advertised for future buyers.
 FULL - EXCLUSIVE USE "FOR PROFIT" LICENSE AGREEMENT

GRANT OF RIGHTS

The Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor a non-refundable fee of (state clearly
which option you have chosen under the heading full - exclusive purchases) for the
exclusive "FOR PROFITABLE" use of the Original Instrumental Composition
that is being licensed in this Agreement.

All Payments submitted by the Licensee to the Licensor shall be in the form of
a money order or

certified check (U K currency only)

FULL-EXCLUSIVE USE - " FOR PROFIT" LICENSE AGREEMENT

OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A) The Licensee agrees that their full -exclusive "FOR PROFIT" use of the Original
Instrumental Composition is unlimited and extents full rights to the following:

"FOR PROFIT" rights to this license.

•The full - exclusive "FOR PROFIT" right to perform with the Original Instrumental
Composition for the purpose of doing shows, Radio Advertisement, Commercial
Advertisement, Television Advertisement, Background Music, and Artist Demos. You may sell
and/or profit from the use of the Beat.

B) Licensee agrees that the rights granted to the Licensee in this Agreement are full-exclusive
"FOR PROFIT" and that the Licensor will have no right upon signing this agreement to issue
other parties the right to use the Original Instrumental Composition that is being licensed in
this agreement.

C) The Licensee maintains 100% copyright and ownership of the Original Instrumental
Composition that is being licensed in this agreement.

D) Licensee is not required to credit Producer, Mr F Atkinson aka Shadow X on the new
composition or recording that the Licensee creates that contains a portion or sum of the
Original Instrumental Composition that is being licensed in this agreement.

REGISTRATION OF RECORDING

The Licensee has no obligation towards confirming information such as Artist(s) name, title of
track(s), date recorded, date of release, and

record company name. The Licensor does NOT reserve the right to use the Original
Instrumental Composition and the registered recordings for promotional purposes unless
authorised by licensee.

 NON - EXCLUSIVE USE - "FOR PROFIT" LICENSE AGREEMENT

OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A) The Licensee agrees that their non -exclusive "NOT FOR PROFIT" use of the Original
Instrumental Composition is limited to the following rights:

•The non-exclusive "NOT FOR PROFIT" right to use the Original Instrumental Composition
for the duration of

1 (one) year, after which LICENSEE must purchase a new license in order to continue to
exercise the non exclusive "NOT FOR PROFIT" rights to this license.

•The non-exclusive "NOT FOR PROFIT" right to perform with the Original Instrumental
Composition for the purpose of doing shows, Radio Advertisement, Commercial
Advertisement, Television Advertisement, Background Music, and Artist Demos. You may not
sell and/or profit from the use of the Beat.

B) Licensee agrees that the rights granted to the Licensee in this Agreement are non-
exclusive "NOT FOR PROFIT" and that the Licensor will have the full authority and full right to
issue other parties the right to use the Original Instrumental Composition that is being
licensed in this agreement.

C) The Licensee agrees to refrain from editing the Original Instrumental Composition that is
being licensed in this agreement.

D) The Licensee understands that The Licensor maintains 100% copyright and ownership of
the Original Instrumental Composition that is being licensed in this agreement.

E) Licensee is required to credit Producer, Mr F Atkinson aka Shadow X on the new

composition or recording that the Licensee creates that contains a portion or sum of the
Original Instrumental Composition that is being licensed in this agreement.

F) Licensee agrees to display "MUSIC BY: Mr F Atkinson -

www.Myspace.com/FabShadowX" on ALL media of the Original Instrumental Composition
that is being licensed in this agreement.

G) Licensee is required to credit XstPlAINeD productions as a writer on the new

composition or recording that the Licensee creates. This credit should be placed near the
song title as followed: XstPlAINeD productions.

I) For Performance Rights purposes, the Licensee is required to credit Mr F Atkinson aka
Shadow X with 100% of the writer share on the new composition or recording the Licensee
creates that contains a portion or sum of the Original Instrumental composition that is being
licensed in this agreement.

The Licensee understands that the Licensor will document this

100% writer shares on the proper music clearance forms upon receiving a copy of the new
composition or recording that the Licensee created that contains a portion or sum of the
Original Instrumental Composition that is being licensed in this agreement.
 REGISTRATION OF RECORDING

The Licensee agrees to provide the Licensor with 1 copy of any compact disc, single,
cassette that is being licensed in this agreement before its commercial release. Upon
submission of a recording, the Licensee must also provide the Licensor with the following
information: Artist(s) name, title of track(s), date recorded, date of release, and record
company name. The Licensor reserves the right to use the Original Instrumental Composition
and the registered recordings for promotional purposes.

Final Confirmation

“I have read and understand the terms of this Agreement. I will adhere to the terms outlined
within this agreement, and am aware that any breach of this contract will result in the
revocation of my non-exclusive “NOT FOR PROFIT” rights. Should I violate this contract and
lose these privileges, I understand that selling any recording that contains

any sum or portion of the Original Instrumental Composition being licensed in this agreement,
without written permission from Mr F Atkinson or his Authorized Licensor, would constitute a
violation of copyright law, punishable by legal action. Furthermore, I understand that this
purchase is non-refundable, and that my registered recordings may be

featured by Mr F Atkinson for promotional purposes.”

All material regarding Mr F Atkinson aka Shadow X is Legally Copy written &
property of XstPlAINeD Productions. Any use, and/or licence violation of these
instrumentals for profit and/or personal use with out Mr F Atkinson aka Shadow X
consent & permission, will result in legal actions.

I have great pleasure in creating music but am here for business only, if you disagree with anything on
this page then I guess my business is not for you.
