Job analysis is the process of determining what will be done in a job. Major elements of job analysis are: a) job description and b) job specification The process of job analysis requires doing the following: Job Analysis Select Jobs for Analysis Determine What Information to Collect Determine How to Collect the Information Determine Who Collects the Information Process the Information Write Job Descriptions and Specifications
Job design means to decide the contents of a job. It fixes the duties and responsibilities of the job, the methods of doing the job and the relationships between the job holder (manager) and his superiors, subordinates and colleagues. Poorly designed jobs can lead to unnecessary stress and low job satisfaction. Five techniques are commonly used in job redesign: job simplification job enlargement job enrichment job rotation
Factor affecting job design is: Proper scope of job Full-time challenge of the job Managerial skills Organization's requirements
Individual likes and dislikes organizational structure People have different likes and dislikes Technology

Employee's categories a) Permanent: 30-40 hours/week, on regular payroll, receive benefits b) alternatives: temporary, part-time, outsourcing
This research is completely based on data provided by the company and collection of data from different sources. Time also plays a crucial role as it has to be completed during certain period. The study is truly based from HRM prospective.

Chapter 3: This unit deals with methodology of research as research design, source of data, population and sample of data analysis, tools and techniques in analyzing. Chapter 4: These units deal with analyzing and interruption of data primary as well as secondary data. It is the main section which deals with calculation parts. Chapter 5: finally bibliography and appendices will be included to support the study.
