Today young people are leaving the Croatia because they have little possibility to employment and advancement.

Young people should give the opportunity to Croatia,because in them lies the future of Croatia development.A good offer is the only thing that can keep in.Croatia the young people,in this time of increasing liberalization of the labor force,particularly the creation of the EU.When discussing the reasons for leaving,as most have say that is substantive reasons(easier and quicker profits,higher wages...)then the reasons for the development(training, better working conditions...)and then social reasons (uncertainty,poor economic situation...)Most intention to leave have students with higher grades and a desire for a higher leavel of education(not satisfied with opportunities for training and employment in Croatia).One of the reasons why young people are suffering is that all the older workers are retiring later.I think that the departure of young people carrying problems for the country.Young educated people should be the foundation of progress for our country and not others.Croatia needs to encourage and motivate young people to stay i the country. Emigration of people(especially young people)can badly affect the economy of a country,while tourism is certainly a good influence for the development of the economy.We can safely say that tourism represents a basic element of midern economics in Croatia.So therefore we need an educated and promising young people who are willing to upgrade and improve tourism services abd other activities.That is also the way to improve the economic condition of the state.Recent years in Croatia has showed that the tourism is the only sector of the economy that is growing.In tourism,workforce,or human labor has special meaning.Tourism workers are in direct contact with consumers and it is very important to make a good impression.When we connect the process of emigration of young people and tourism we could somehow find a connection.Young people are very needed in this profession. As much better impression we leave on the tourists,they will come back again,and this will improve our economic situation.So let is try to keep the young hopes in our country,enable them to progress and employment,we can benefit from their knowledge and desire to work to improve life for ourselves and our posterity.
